[Resolved]  Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — Non receipt of surrender value

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a policy of Max New York Life Insurance in the name of Mrs. Prema Kishor Patil. (Policy No.[protected] which i surrendered it on Oct 31,2012 after 22 days i dont get any clarification form the company. Still today(Nov 23, 2012) i did’nt got the Cheque or NEFT. After making several calls to Customer care, they people dont have proper answer to me, they told me we did NEFT on your account on 9th Nov & 20th Nov. but its failed. We Confirm with our bank the told they dont have any confirmation.

After that again I spole with customer care person Sujata , she told me different ans your chq is courier on monday 27, Nov 12 & given me a complaint ref no. i.e. 10001366 . So Yesterday I visiting the nearest branch at Chembur they give some different answr which is your chq. is alreday courier but they don't able to give me proper Chq. No. or Courier Airway Bill No.

So We requst to you kindly give me the real status so that i can take a next legal action.
