MCD complaint Abc Send email on Dec. 21, 2011 Unauthorised Construction This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Adhchini village,Malviya nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at A- 42,Adhchini village, Malviya Nagar, Delhi -110017, The owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area in the street of village. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the street . We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built. Unauthorised Construction
This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Adhchini village,Malviya nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at A- 42,Adhchini village, Malviya Nagar, Delhi -110017, The owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area in the street of village. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the street .
We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.
It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON IN FLAT NO.15, PKT D, MAYUR VIHAR-2, DELHI.91, BUT ACTION IS NOT BEING TAKEN BY MCD, DDA, DELHI POLICE.

This is to bring to your kind notice that there is illegal construction being held at 12 A/13 A Gali No. 5 Bajrang Bali Mohalla Maujpur Delhi .We all resident of this locality having problem because they are going to build multi storey building for commercial purpose without approval of MCD. This is compeltely residential area and both side o[censored]nder construction building, there are houses and it can be damaged due to this construction.
Our problem is illegal construction and that is for commercial purpose..
We are expecting some serious action against the same.

The building Addressed- E-5/17 Sector-16, Rohini Delhi-110089 is newly constructed & its Finishing work has just started. It had been 2-3 times that the construction work was stopped because of MCD's action. The building is a corner plot and is on 30mtr road, since there is extension of chajja's on all the 3 sides, there is a major Risk of collapse. Recently, the same case took place in Rohini, Sector-20. So it is a request to kindly take some action.

I would like to lodge a complaint against the builder who has just constructed a property in Vivek Vihar B-Block marked B-233.
The property is newly constructed and it is completely against the building plan of the DDA/MCD. The builder also has not got the Completion certificate and selling out the floors individually. He has sold out the two floors and remaining two floors are being sold out. I kindly request MCD authorities to take strict action against this builder and seal the property as soon as possible.

i have a complaint for a builder who made the building illegly ...he does not have permission for mcd and court .but its making building fastly .i filed so many complaint but no one listen ..the address is 3497 kucha lal man darya ganj delhi 2
