Dear Sir/Madam,
We are residence of A & C block Mansa Ram Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi.
This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at C-72 Ms. Asha Rani,Mansa Ram Park Uttam Nagar. We having 20 ft road but maximum is covered by them. Shocking is this that the road are cover by MCD material they got all things around the area. Now renovation is going on and they covering some more road area. Every body having problem, while crossing her home.
Our problem is illegal construction and we cannot cross by car easily after a wide road.
We are expecting some serious action against the same.

This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at House No. 54, Gali Ration Wali, Radhey Shyam Park, (Parwana Road) Delhi-110051
The owner of this property is a B.S.E.S. Officer, and his making 4 story building with basement in this area, we are sending complaint so many times to M.C.D. Geeta Colony office, and M.C.D. Lajpat Nagar Office.
some M.C.D. Official, and Delhi Police Official taken bribes.
Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very noicely voice by the Building material trucks, labur, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.
We are expecting some serious action against the same.

This is to bring to your notice that we the office bearer of MIG flats Residence Welfare Association Rapura wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our MIG complex by owner of flat No 13-A MIG flats Rampura Delhi 35 .The owner has covered appx. 10ft x 80ft area of govt land on the road. All this construction have been making already congested MIG complex more congested.This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practise It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Subject: illegal construction of 3rd floor & 4th floor in Flat no J-4/105B, DDA Flats, Kalkaji New Delhi 110019.
Sir,
This is to inform that the illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor & 4th floor in Flat no J-4/105B, DDA Flats, Kalkaji New Delhi 110019 near Alaknanda. Actutaly this building constrcted only for double story flat (Ground & IstFloor only). The 2nd floor was completed very long time back. But the construction of 3rd floor & 4th floor has been started in April 2011, This is very risky and at any time it should be damaged and fail down on other building. The problem is the building stand as without piler which is danger position and work in under process for 3rd & 4th floor and we are not a safe position. So that kindly arrange to stop this work on priority basis for safe of public. If you are not take the action on priority basis then we are going for legal action with this mail. Due to said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 3rd & 4th floor.

Due to the same we are facing lot of problem and not able to check our water tanks. Local authorities are coming and going back without taking any action. We are not aware of what could be the reason, why they are not taking any action. Immediate stop of this illegal construction is inevitable.
Our kind request to look into this matter seriously otherwise the same episode of Lalit Park, Laxmi Nagar may happen.

I, Mrs.Naresha Chauhan, w/o Sh.Onkar S.Chauhan, am the owner of the G.FL, D-8, Panchsheel Enclave, N.Delhi-110017 and a Builder Ritesh Chopra has purchased the First and Second Floor, both the floors are not sanctioned & have been unauthorisedly constructed.He also wants to construct further additional floors upon the said floors, Ground Floor was sanctioned in 1979 & completed in 1980.The structure is more than 30 years old and can not take any more load
That it is brought to your kind notice that due to some greedy builders, who are looking for making some quick and easy money, had constructed some buildings in the city and due to which many lives have been lost and many more are living in danger.
The said builder has threatened me to construct an additional floor on the existing structure, at any cost, which is wholly illegal and aginst the building bye-laws of the state.
Therefore, I am bringing to your notice and are called upon not to pass or sanction building plan to construct any further floor on the said building with immediate effect from the receipt of this complaint.

These type of construction mushrooming all over Delhi.The MCD has failed to perform its duties in accordance with the Act. A person cannot be allowed to work if he has by negligence, apathy or connivance allowed unauthorized constructions to mushroom in the city,

We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction is going at Residence No. 3588, Raja Park, (L Type Corner)( New Style Beauty Parlour) in full swing.
It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizly as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Chhazas.
We the people of the locality has already requested the owner (Mr Malik) not to construct the building in such manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction threaten us and said that you can not stop me as I have already have setting with the govt official concerns
It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped .

Illegal encroachment in Pkt. F-7A, Flat No. 138, Ground floor, Sector 16, Rohini. He has encroached shaft area (back service lane) He has constructed wall and dismental the shaft which is in service lane. Please take action against him and requested to please stop the unauthorised encruachment.
