[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have GC275 Micromax Mobile handset. But I didn't get USB cable from any shop or from service centre. Now what is the use of my mobile if I couldn't copy any songs or any photop snaps from my PC. Can I get directly from company.

i have purchased a MICROMACX G4 intrument on 19.5.2010 and from that day the volume is very very very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy low..it has been informed to contact infinity solutions, pune who had takendeliveryof the set and kept themselved for more than 24 hours and finally returned to me under the customer job card no.4464043 dat 19.7.2010 that it is the maximum volumne and that nothing can be done on this and informed that whatever you want to do, you can do on this as there is no scope for improving the volumne of the set..i dont understand how the passed QC and who has given the certificatefor this..my earlier mail also does not carry any reply..now i am writing this and would like to have the official complaint lodged.kindly let me know who is the chairman of the company and his mail id as well as the custome care mail id including the grievance officers mail id.

I am having micromax q7. I downloaded pc suite from micromaxinfo.com.One driver is for 64bit computer.Where shall i get 32bit driver.Inform how to connct q7 to pc.
I did everything known to me. when iann trying to connect iam getting an error 633 statting that the modem for other connecting device is in use or not configured properly. advise me in this respect.

i have purchase micromax q5 last week, but i am facing problem while operating.

1) Pls give service centre number in mumbai

2) messaging option while loading for long time, till date i am unable to read/write/send the sms/mms

3) While connecting the USB cord, after some time it give an error " BAD CONNECTOR "

your prices are very high, if you'll lower your prices the phones will be very popular in srilanka...the micromax mobiles has the best qaulity than other phones...best way to get popular is to lower the prices...

My Handset which is in warranty period is not repaired in service center from last 1 & Half month due non availability of Board. I contacted service centre and their ASM who are not able to solve my problem saying that the day we received the board we will give it to you.. And a toll free number for customer support connected once was able to lodge complain after that it never get connected.Delhi corporate office don’t pick the phone. Please help me out giving a number in india to whom i can speak about the service problem of my Handset.

Micromax — mobile handset not repaired within the warranty period

i purchased one micromax x332 handset on 3/8/09 having EMEI n.o-[protected].
on 20th june i had a problem with the handset.When the screen shows the on-screen balance and at that moment if somebody calls me and if i receive the phone the whole system get reset and again the mobile searches for the tower of the service provider and it acts like the phone was just swithched on.later on i tried to contact the micromax customer care at phone n.o[protected] but of no use.the list of the phone numbers of the service centres that were given in the service guide where not working.I somehow got the address of the authorized servicing centre "M/s roy enterprise" in guwahati.0n 29th of june,2010 i gave my mobile for repairing and the job sheet n.o is 223988.After 33 days they are saying that my mobile will not be repaired and they are giving it without repairing.my mobile is in warrenty period but still they are not ready for repairing it.

i m using Q5 from last two months..
but now i m facing problem in scroll, , , only the down scrol is not working properly, remaining all directions are working properly...
whats the problem??

I had purchased q5 in 0n 26th may 2010 within one and half month time the charged broke from inside due to bad quality of charger I showed to the service centre in mumbai but within the waranty time also they are insinting us to buy new charger insted of replacing it . it a very cheap co. with a very cheap approch toward the consumer not keeping their waranty promisses their customer service person are also very rouh in talking and disconnect the calls without lissing to he customers complnt. on thir web site thre is no way vou can reach to the co. with your complent. They do not reply to your e mail . in all bad services

Hi Friends.. I have purchased X500 Cell and accidently it was fallen down.. I contact the bangalore service station.. They told me that it wil take 15 day to get repair but how can one person can wait till 15 to get the cell repaired.. I totally disagree with these types of behaviour from the service station and day by day cell condition is getting bad.. So could anyone from Miromax Team can help me out..
