[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

Dear Micromax
I have purchased a Micro Max 360 model on 29 may 2010 from Meet Mobile shop, Palanpur, Banaskantha District Rupees 3500/-. My complain is that my is that this mobile phone camera is not working properly. As an earlier when I purchased handset he told that, service centre is located at Deesa nearly to my residence, but when I visit to that place there is no any service centre. So I visit mobile shop nearly about 90Km from my residence as well as service centre in mehsana (Satkar mobile shop) 150 km from my residence, but there behavior is not properly and says that it is chargeable and no any responsibility of our company. Nobody’s get proper solution for this set. As a present I m suffering a lot due to your handset and tension of mind. Please tell me is there another way for my problem solution immediacy on [protected].

dear sir all customer of micromax want service centre address and number so why your people or compnay not interested i.e not giving no. or address...is it called service...if yes than sorry to say that your company and staff are pathetic...i will not suggest anyone to buy your mobile phone if your service will not been improve...

i have micromax Q5 in that mobile i am facing the ploblem of symbol of handset...whenever i remove the handset from mobile but the symbol of handset is not removing it constantly seen...due to this resaon i cant do any changes in my profile setting...

how can i get micromaxq3 pc suite for internet connections between mobile&laptop??????????please give me this recomended drivers...thank u

I, purchased q55 micro max mobile but unfourtunatly it disply breakdown its hard to find out service centre in entire mumbai when contacted R.T. outsourcing services ltd they replied there is no serice centre when trying fo Raaj telecom there is no reply and above all there is no plone no. of vashi; what can i do, please help me to find out service centre my cell no is [protected], i am residaning at Ulhasnagar district thane

i have got an micromax q3 handset and when the problem of software came they are telling that they dont know to repair it and they are saying that there is a fault in your board and it will not be done my phone is still in warranty period i am from belgaum

Kindly give instruction to your dealer change the handset without any delay. if there will be any accident due to heating of the handset company will held responsible for the same.

my self arindam roy from kolkata i bought a micromax x114 mobile on 06.12.09 . but i faciong a problem with my mobile on13.05.2010 and i gave it to our nearest service center at bubli media center 242, A vivakanada road on 14.05.2010. they say me theay return my mobile within 5 dqays after 5 days when i called them they called my mobile's mother board as damaged and need to be repair that is why they send my mobile to their service center they told me they candf retrun this after 15 days, after 15 days i called them then they take another 15 days after this 15 days they take 15 day . now today is 15.07.2010 i again call them they call me they need another 15 days. and in this service center all customer care executive's behaviour is too rought . what can i do right now please tell me and mail me in my email id :arindam.roy.[protected]@gmail.com . pls help me my job sheet no. is 233206 .

bahut e ghatiya mobile hain eye micromax eske servicing bhi bahut ghatiya hain main 6 year se(motorola, nokia, samsung) etna mobile use kiya koye mobile itne trouble nehi diya .
sorry micromax mobile k bat khenaye para keya asia cup kilane se aur iifa award dilane seye mobile accha nehi ho jata .customer satisfaction se ek mobile accha hota hain . jo satisfaction nokia balo ne customer ko diya . customer is God for all bussines

soy micromax ur service is too wrong and bad

I have purchased new micro max Q7 but it is not working properly for wifi.
If my problem will not be solved I have to go to the court because I am not getting proper service from the local centers as well.

I bought my micromax mobile last month and from that day contune i am facing problem... some time its battery does not work and some time its keypad doesn't work... and finally its keypad has been completly useless...i'll suggest to all of you that please don't purchase micromax mobile its very bad phone...Vivek

Micromax X220 — complaint on mobile service

i purchased a mobile(MICROMAX X220) aftter 2 months mobile strip not working i gave it in micromax service centre still two 40 days over service centre people saying that spareres are peniding from company itself.If the manufacturer is unable to provide the spares then why we have to promote that company in india.

If they are unable to provide the spares they have to replace the mobile.

But they said hand free not available in our stock right now
They said handfree come on dt. 15.07.10 in our stock.
But i have not received hand free in service center
I am very apset from Micromax Service Center (JAINSONS), Agra's service
I am facing problem without handfree

dear reader don't wait for the company's responcibility because i had suffered from last 5 months but company didn't have any responsibility because as per company's whole team said it's customer's mistake who buys there products while i bought q5 same day i launched the complaint they issued DOA CERTIFICATE & the co. don't had there mobile for replacement case but i[censored] want one/more mobile need to buy company had stock so dear all it's my request to u that don't buy any product of the co. now i'm going 2 the consumer court.If the co. don't had stock they should refund my amount because i had bought new mobile.So u can contact me on [protected]/[protected].
