[Resolved]  Micromax — Service Problem

I wrote first letter on dated 29.03.2010 stating my query and requesting for required action to be taken regarding my mobile phone but till now my problem not solved. More over when I called up your service centre (Infinity Solutions), Mr. Ravi of infinity solutions told me that he not yet received this spare and not sure about date also when this particular part will come. He asked me to contact Mr. Anil (Service Coordinator) but when I tried to contact him, he is not lifting phone also.

History - I have purchased Q5 Ezpad mobile on 19.02.2010 from Tushar Mobile Shop, kharadi, Pune. I got problem in handset with in 10 days from purchase date. Nature of problem is whenever I use hands free even after I remove it mobile will remain in hands free mode only, it will not change over to general user profile. So I cannot attend calls with out hands free, even if you try to change it general user profile through options it is not possible. I have contacted Micromax customer care regarding the same, they asked me to contact service centre. I have submitted my handset for repair to Infinity Solutions (Authorised Service centre of Micromax), Pune on 02.03.2010. Till date I have not got my mobile handset back, when ever I call them up they say we have referred this case to our head office and we need spare (PCB) from them then only it will be solved. I spoke to Mr. Anil (Service Coordinator), he assured me that it will be done by 16th MAR10 after he said 4 days more to complete. Now when I tried to contact him, he is not lifting my call. My mobile is with you people for more days than with me. Please look into this issue on priority.

I bought the micromax x235 mobile before 2 months.now battery complaint.i have given my mobile to your service center (Rajahmundry[protected], [protected]), East godavari district, Andhra Pradesh.8 days gone still battery not came to rajahmundry.i'm facing many problems without phone.so, could you pls process regarding my mobile.

I bought Micromax X 235 last month ... there is no video player facility in my mobile . I complained in twice in the store from where i brought it but they say it is company problem. Please help me out ... i feel that mobile is boring without that facility

I have a purchased micromax x235 mobile on 6-7-2010. I have a problem in my handset, headset profile is permanently active.I cannot go for other profiles. I complained in twice in the store from where i brought it . I met to yours sales executive, he just checked my handset & said the problem is solved. But after few same problem is repeated. Please help.

i have purches micromax mobile x360 on the date of 23/02/2010 so many times when we remove head set at that time reciving call was not here also the problem of battery back-up only for 3 hour so i was submited care care center jalgaon and my job card no.535745 on the date 18/08/2010 uptill i not give the mobile from yours end i regularly meet to your service centre jalgaon also his behaviours is not satisfactory answer so this can be done within 5 days other wise i will complaint to comsumer court
so i advice to you take desition take fast

i have purches micromax modem on the date of 23/08/2010 so not work i was submited care center lapur ranchi i regularly meet to your service centre also his behaviours is not satisfactory answer so this can be done within 5 days other wise i will complaint to comsumer court

i purchased micromax mobile dated on[protected] ...from then it is working gud ..but for last 10 days ..he trackball which was provided in the handset was not responding... when i approached service centre which was in rajahmundry([protected])...they r saying tat...u have to pay 280 for trackball...even i have warranty for 1 year..they did not had enough stock of track balls...i got frustrated wit them they r not responding properly...pls provide spare parts as soon as possble..pls...

I have Submit My cell Phone on 17 Jun 2014 to lko Service center just for the software problem
and after that continuously i m contacting to your team for returning my phone but without my knowledge they have send my cell phone to head office and they said to return the cell phone within 10 working days but now 27 days are passed and still the problem has not been solved and your team will not giving me proper update about the phone .

Micromaxx has not stated that it is only compatible with tata photon nor it has stated that the 3g sim is not valid i am confused which network to use now as neither sim nor usb works with it
