DONT BUY MICROMAX MOBILE PHONES.... Service after Sales is Horrible...........!!!!! On 2nd of Mar 2010 I gave my phone Micromax Q5 to the near by Authorised Micromax Service centre at Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The problem with my handset was "if we record Sound or video we use to witness very slow sound played in the background which wasnt audible at all and as far as music is concerned the speaker was in good condition, so i felt there is problem with the Mic itself which takes low volume while recording". Hence Before making the jobcard i personally showned my phone to one of the Executive in that S.Centre. He asked me to get the jobcard done and will try to reinstall the Software. So as per his instruction i gave the phone to the Incharge who use to make jobcards. He switched off my phone and took the battery and back panel cover and handover to me along with the jobcard and asked me to collect my phone after 2 days. After 2 days when i went to collect my phone back, the guy who prepared the jobcard started arguing with me that when i gave the phone the display wasnt working. What a rubbish it was then i blasted him asking him to get my phone repaired. So he told me not to worry we will do that. For that he told me I have to wait for a week so that they can get the Board from delhi and fix it. After a week i been there to collect my phone he told me it will take another week. Samething the S.Centre person is keep on saying me from last 20days. If i raise my voice he directly says me you better talk to Micromax Customer care people. I'm really fraustrated with this service centre now. (Rajajinagar, Bangalore - Micromax Service Centre)(Jobcard no-4961) Please help me out and get my phone repaired at the earliest. The Service Centre owner himself is crying for not getting his payment since 7-8month for his franchisee... He himself bad mouthing about Micromax company, Whats worst than that.... I am an unfortunate and a poor user of Micromax Mobile phone who is being harassed by your service center at Patel Nagar in New Delhi, India.
I will request you to please help me.
"I have purchased one Micromax Q3 on th 14 Feb 2010 from Arun Electronix & Electricals, Karampura, Delhi .
all my friends were insisting that I should go for a NOKIA or any other brand if I am spending that much but still I trusted Micromax and invested in that. But after the painful experience, I think they were right. Even they have the right to tease me and they do.
My handset started giving pronlems like
-Hanging after few mintues
-Auto disconnect call and auto switched off while communicating.
-I needed to remove the battery first, for re starting the phone.
I deposited the handset in your service center I.P Electronix. situated at Patel Nagar, New delhi on 20/May/2010 vide Customer Job Card no 189399.
I was shocked, when the executive in the service center told me that there is a Motherboard problem and it will take more than 12 days and they were not able to tell me the maximum days,
when i asked its not fair, what will i do for the next 12 days ?
Answer given by the executive, buy new phone, you should have think before buying the Micromax.
And their behaviour was too rude... Hannn Bhiya Kya baat hai, Hamare bus main kuchh nahi hai jo karna hai kar lo.
I am in a fix since after 13 days of depositing the handset, and sill there is no response .
I had to buy used phone in between. And still my another sim card is not in use because i have not enough mony to by another phone.
I will request you to immediately look into the matter
