Micromax Q1 — Dual Sim does not Work

I would like to bring to your notice that recently I had bought a Micromax Q1 Mobile Handset which it boost of Dual SIM compatibility.However,it actually does not work and they are just making a fool of all the people.When I did complain to their Customer Service department via Email , they replied in the usual format " Sorry for the inconvience " and they did not even ask as to what the problem is with the Mobile handset.

For example : If you are talking on 1 SIM and if someone calls on the other SIM , he gets a message " Unavailable / Unreachable ".You do not even get an intimation regarding the people who is calling you.

I would say that they are just cheating people when their Dual SIM actually does not work.They are just making a fool of people and selling Handsets.

I would advise people not to go for MICROMAX as it is a waste of money rather try a different Handset.

I would advise everyone not to go for MICROMAX Mobile Handsets.

Micromax Q1 — check operator services

when i make a call with my sim 1 <airtel> i get the pop up saying "check operator services" when i take the sim and put it in other phone i can make a call but i love micromax q1 product so i am not ready to sacrifice this phone my no is [protected]
please help me with this issue

Micromax mobile q1 looking very nice but the model color not good.and the features also same not good, video player also not good, mobile running also very slow but dual sim's is working.so please any customer purchase micrimax moblie Q1 but don't expect any features on this q1 mobile

My new micromax Q1 mobile phone. mene ise[protected] ko liya tha abhi uske speaker me problem ho rahi hai . mene use[protected] ko ahuja mobile par diya tha lekin ek mahine bad bhi usne phone thik nahi kiya hai bataiye hum kya kare.

1.No Service for Both SIMs (I change All Network SIM Cards)
2.Me 4, Error.
3.When i Receive a call ihear only 20 Seconds.But Callis Continous.

I fixed problem with Micromax GC333 by going to Settings -> Call Settings->
i) Sim 1 Call Settings-> Line Switching - Line 1
ii) Sim 2 Call Settings-> Line Switching - Line 1

Solved the problem!
