[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — mis behaviour by retention dept.

mr. anish retention ,mohali,ch.([protected])...asking me" to do which u can do".and refussed to pay back my advance money on advance rental & asking me that u can surrender you connection.& telling me its my lunch break i cannt talk to you sufficient.


so what is this is this the airtels best service.?
is any body is working in the airtel who consider himself as a proper one , who can handle this problem.
pls ressolve this matter as soon as possible.
