[Resolved] 6ten — Misbehaviour of employee of 6ten retail | |
I am a regular customer of 6ten outlet at I block central market lajpat nagar and i buy almost all vegetables and grocery from that outlet. On 10/10/08 i went to this outlet and purchased vegetables and grocery, (Bill no.1c[protected]).6ten offers discount of 25% if we purchase the vegetables after 8pm. I purchased vegetables out of which i did not get the discount on some of the vegetables.When i offended for it the person on the counter told me that the system is not reflecting, some IT guy had come and he had jumbled up all the software and now it is not reflecting so i cannot give you the discount and asked me that if you want to buy then buy otherwise go away from here. It was very disappointing that i am getting this kind of replies and service from a biggest retail chain's employee.Then he querreled with me and used foul language also. His name is MANISH and i want you to take strict action against him. I am not going to forgive him.I have tried to make complaint at [protected]@6ten.co.in but it is not working and i tried to call at their customer care but nobody picks the phone over there. Please take this complaint seriously and take necessary action against it.I have the copy of this bill with me as an evidence. Was this information helpful? | |

its very unmanage people company many of them came from rural area and dont know how behave our valuable customers

A 6 ten branch is near my home at Mohan Park, Naveen Shahdara. I went for purchase vegetable and oil. Three boys employee of 6 ten and only a lady customer was there. They were staring at me for the time I stayed there and when I went for the bill they passed comments on me. And misbehaved with me. I had never seen this kind of cheapness. If 6ten has these kind of employees I would suggest everybody not to go there (any branch). 6ten should take care of their customers otherwise there are so many stores to purchase anything. And I hope atleast i would recieve a reply of this.
We face these types of mis behaviour almost every day at rohini sector 8. It seems that 6 TEN management dose not care for the customers.
i have also gone through a similar kind of experience as that of Priyanka. there's a 6ten branch at Dundahera, Gurgaon. i went there with my mother one morning and there were three guys at the counter. two of them kept staring at me. i would have definitely taught them a lessen if my mother was not there.
there's an another incident when the guy at the counter started fighting with me when we asked him to change one of the products we bought. he was saying that once the product is fed into the system can't be changed and there is no way a product can be changed. he was very rude and shouting to us as if we don't know anything.
i have never ever seen such a bad service in my life. even the small shops are better behaved than this one. i don't think that the management is concerned about the customers at all.

just try to pull out these type of guys...from your stores otherwise you may be the next ready for the customer's penetration...

6ten — misbehaviour
After Purchasing goods, the Personnel sitting there did not supply any of the means to carry the purchased goods. Instead, he talks to his colleague worker and says in different language, reffering us that if such persons get tempered of getting carrybag then return their goods... This is the third time i personaly go your Sangam Vihar (South Delhi) outlet and your person say sory there is nothing any offer or any information from superior of 6Ten.
Is it the right way to run the Outlets? can we faith in future any offer? who will be answerable for this kind of harrasmet to all the people?
