[Resolved]  Airtel / Prepaid — Missed Call Alert is not working

Missed Call Alert is not working for more than a Month. 5 times i have complained to Customer Care & received 3 reference numbers from 22nd April to 10th May. Each time while speaking with Customer Care officer, they commit that problem will be solved within next 24 hrs or their technical people will call me. So far, nothing happend and still i'm facing the same problem.

Plz explain me wats the use of complaint booking?? Will it get solved or not? Or, to whom should i contact?

The AirTel costomer support i y.shivaramprasad lost my cell phone at near my village (dundigal, quthbullarpur mandal, r.r.dist.500 043.
i request you to block my sim as early as posible my number is [protected] and my sim no:[protected] so i request you to kindly submit my complaint
and forward if any suggestions i have to do then e-mail to me i will be wait for your answer.

i am Marie Gerard Cyril Perera lost my cell phone at near pondicherry.
i request you to block my sim as early as posible my number is [protected]. on this issue i kindly request to block my sim and i kindly request u to submit my complaint

You r lucky chap, that your missed call alert is not working with Airtel. In my case, I not even had it subscribed and they charged me for the service for almost 1 year and when i brought it to their notice they refunded back to me Rs 15.

Missed Call Alert is not working. & caller will get message that number you are trying to reach does not exist 4 times i have complained to Customer Care & received 3 reference numbers.
