When we send our CDC by post for renewal/Duplicate or replacement . we never get any reference number to inquire about our CDC Status although Envelope is provided for the same . we also provide them our E-Mail address on the form but of no use.
Very often our CDC is sent back with remark that something is missing . Can the Shipping Master Look into the Matter and improve the Service that has been provide to seamen
Often most of our Document copies sent along are not returned, only the CDC comes Back . Hope DG and Shipping Master will look into this Matter
