[Resolved] Msrtc — Ticket not Booked/Unsuccessful transaction | |||
I tried to book ticket today, 16th September, 2010 at around 11:20 AM with following details login ID: rbhutad From Thane Vandana(THNVND) To Chandani Chwok(CWK) Bus: 17:31 AC Shivneri Seat: 28(window) The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear. I tried to book ticket today, 26th october, 2010 at around 09:20 AM with following details
login ID: Vijaygupta
From Pune
To Aurangabad
Bus: 23:00 Semi luxury
Seat: 21, 22 left
The amount was deducted from my Axis Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.
Also the ticket is not available in My Tickets.

did you get the money refund?
I booked my ticket from msrtc app from satara to Stargate pune.The money was deducted from my bank account but the ticket confirmation was not available and also when I checked 2nd time the same seat was available after my booking
