[Resolved]  MTC Bus — MTC Bus Helpline phone number

Hello Sir/Madam, There is no bus facility after 9 PM at Avadi to
Tiruvallur route. But, the passengers count is more standing in the bus
stand for buses as share auto's charge Rs.30 which is too huge than bus
ticket price. Share auto's are charging more especially at night time
knowing the fact, there's no bus facility. So, passengers are opting to
share auto as no other options left to reach Thiruninravur or
Thiruvallur.Bus route is : 572I request the MTC to provide bus facility
atleast till 10:30 from Avadi to Thiruvallur.

TODAY 16-AUG-2014 THERE WAS NO M1 BUS FROM 12:45 IST TO 14:45 IST TODAY. WHY THIS KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTC ?

APART FROM THIS PROBLEM, IN WEEKDAYS THE BUSES (M1, V51, M45) ARE CONTINUOUSLY COMING NEXT TO NEXT AND THERE WERE NO BUSES FOR ANOTHER 45 MINS. I DON'T KNOW FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOU RUNNING PUBLIC TRANS PORTION ? NEITHER THE MTC COMPLAINT NUMBER ARE REACHABLE NOR THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS ARE ADDRESSED.

Hi Thanks for the complaint board. I don't know whether this will be considered. But this is my duty to post this msg.

Buses available from THIRUVAMIYUR, CHEMACHERY towards T.NAGAR, 119A is very few number, that too its not coming in between 8.00am to 9.00am, but 119 are very free count & many of the new contracts are not talking in proper manner, not respecting public, not give changes, if we ask talk in nessary bad words, hope we all are Indian's that we should respect others also in public places..

I'm working in restuarant at karapakkam. After 9pm there is no bus to T nagar from karapakkam. The bus route nos are 19b, 519, 19t, 19a. The bus not stopped in this terminal after 9pm.

Respected Sir / Madam,

I request kindly to introduce the service in the
morning between 7 O’ Clock to 7.30. Route No. 64B Minjur to Perambur regularly. The service connecting between MFL, CPCL, Manali, Madhavaram, Thapalpatti, and Mulakkadi. No Buses from 6.50 hrs to 8.00hrs. Lot of People suffering to travel CPCL, Manali, and Mulakkadai.
This bus was very useful in the Morning who working at above mentioned routes.
I would be of great benefit if they re-introduce this service. Kindly please do the needful...

My Name is Naveeth Hussain am everyday travelling in 65B (PMI 1297)poonamalle to Ambathur. today i get bus in avadi market stop to reach karayanchavadi by 4:10pm. its a peak hour because in that way their was 2 school & 2 college. the bus was not rush but no seat to sit. myself & few pasengers travelled in standing.. due to school leaving time te driver didnt stop the bus in 3 stoping. They are
1. JP ESTATE, Which is near to jaigopal garodia school.
2. Govardhanagiri, which is stoping for an govt school
3. parthipet, which is stoping for mahalakshmi wonens college & S.A. Polytechnic.

Public & myself asked the conductor stop the bus but the conductor answered that "we cant able to stop the bus in stoping"
the bus Depot number is PMI 1297. 65B
the passengers were very disappointed by the driver & conductor activity..

The bus route 21h from kelambakkam to broadway is operated very irrugulary without proper timing in the morning hours. Between 7.45 am to 8.45 am.
We have to ask the time keeper for starting a bus. He announces one number but some other bus is oeprated, making commuters run behind the bus.

Why such lethargic, negligent attitude of mtc oeprators. As no private oeprators in city it is unjust and unfair to trouble commuters.

I think public interst litigation has to be filed for such errotic operation of buses.

Many perople have to reach on time to highcourt, banks, and business establishments. Please udnerstand commuters hardship, or we have to represent to pallavan hosue and to secretary to transport ministry.

Please regularise the service with sincere dedication. We have to blame only the mtc top management for this irregularity or due to internal corruption higher-ups are unable to question their subordinates.

I AM REGULARLY TRAVELLING IN 21g COMPLETING MY NIGHT SHIFT AT 5`;45AM. TODAY UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LAPTOP TO TAKE. I SAT IN THE LAST SEAT LEFT CORNER. The MTC bus numbers are changed without prior notification. I came from home town on Tuesday (10 FEB '15) to east tambaram to catch the Tiruvanmiyur bus @ 4am. A Bus numbered with 95 mentioned as Tiruvanmiyur.However the new bus routes get introduce frequently. I did waited for T51. Later T51 Deluxe bus came with full of passengers. I missed few buses numbered with 95. Then after 30 minutes i realised that bus nos are chagned and board in 99 Bus (which is C51)

Am just wondering how the layman/house wife/childeren/elders will know about this?

Communication is easier nowadays via media.

MTC should inform the commuters about the change in Bus numbers. I got confused since the Deluxe buses numbers are reflecting as T51 instead of the new bus number. MTC should do the proper arrangements in such situation.As its not new for MTC to make the Commuters sick about Chennai transport.

MTC: Pl look on commuters grievance as you are running because of them. Thanks

We are staying near Akshaya bus stop, kazhipattur, omr road. There are 4 big gated communities and thousands of people staying nearby this bus stop. But unfortunately no bus is being stopped at this bus stop except B19. But on the bus stop board, they have mentioned all the bus numbers which go in this route. We request you to stop all the MTC buses at our stop so that it would be very easy to travel for us. Hope you consider our request and stop all the buses as soon as possible at our stop.

i want to know the amount of monthly pass between the ramapuram(dlf) and SIET .the bus ticket is 6 rupees in white board.
when i ask for a pass in guindy station they are not gave me a pass for worth of 6 rupees ticket.they ordered to get a 8 rupees ticket worth.
they are not believed me.
they are also shouted me as "you are cheeting, bus fare cannot be rupees" like that.
