I am a commuter who board the bus in Ambattur to Guindy. On Saturday the 14th May 2016 i went to get my 1000 rupees pass and the time was 7:35PM. By that time itself the counter was closed whereas the board outside shows that End time as 8:00PM. When asking to issue pass the lady in-charge for issuing pass erred on the commuters and also closed the counter. Please take necessary action on her. I also have a video taken during that time. Please let me know the emailid so that i shall raise complaint with the proof.

We are daily traveling from kandhamchavadi to pallavadam in 91 rout.
Daily I'm facing very worst experience. The bus frequency is very less, bus is not coming in proper regular interval / proper timings. Daily im waiting almost 30-40 mins to get in bus. Today i was waited for bus almost 1 hour but i didn't get even one bus. Please have a look on this issue.
And daily i need to stand on foot board.

We are facing issue with frequency of buses from elcot it park. Only 95 bus number will come from tambaram to tiruvsnyur root. We are waiting more than 30 mins still no bus is coming. Even if it comes also full rush there is no sosveto stand too. Other 99 wil come some times it won't go till tiruvanyur. But at the opposite side some 10 to 15 buses are going at a time. Please make the availability of 95 half for both sides. Daily we can't go by autos they are asking too much by seeing our position.

Today, I was travelling from OMR to Broadway by Exp 221H Bus no: CDI 1846.
But the Bus was in worst condition

1. Both the side Door's frames were totally broken
2. Back side door lock frame was hanging {due to this anyone could have got injured]
3. Some seats were in damaged.
Even when a MTC bus is running in such conditions how people will travel?

Pl do the needful & rectify the same

I'm Chinaongam Muinao from Manipur Studied at the New College (autonomous) Royapettah Ch-14. I'm resided at Kotambakkam today i took a bus (25G) from Thousand lights bus stop to liberty bus stop (kotambakkam) i asked a ticket to liberty bus stop gave him 20 Rs. to the bus conductor. but the bus conductor asked 11 Rs. change and i told him i does not have change. then the conductor told me to get down from the bus in a very rude way. but i asked why should I? but the conductor told me again since i had no change. but i saw him change them back with another passenger. so, i told him again if you don't have change how to you changed them back with another? so after that the conductor took my 20 Rs. and the ticket cost to 15 Rs. I use to traveled everyday with 11 Rs. I felt so much racist that very moment. This is the first time that i felt so much racist in chennai since 2010. the incident was happen around 3:00 PM. Therefore, would like to take better solution such kind of issues.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I commute everyday from Hasthinapuram bus stand for office. The drivers don't stick to the timings and they take their own time. Drivers should be changed and most of them are residing in Hasthinapuram, so they visit home for lunch. Ultimately, the people like me suffer a lot who takes bus for office. I have skipped buses many times and take share-auto's to reach the destination.

Give an opportunity to the deserving drivers who stick to the timings and serve people.

I just travelled from Medavakkam to ELCOT in Bus No.99. The conductor was so harsh with the passengers. The ticket amount was Rs.8. I gave him 10 rupees. He could have told politely that he has no change. Instead, he just shouted and asking for 8 rupees changes. He told that he wont give ticket if i didn't give him change. Later i told that i will give 3 rupees., so that he can give me 5 rupees change. After so many arguments he gave me ticket. I am travelling daily via bus, and it is impossible to have change always. Even if they really don't have change, it is their responsibility to behave politely. We also come with so many problems. We have stress too. This way of behaving with passenger is not acceptable. He did the same with every passenger who boarded from Medavakkam, and asked ticket for ELCOT.
Metro Buses are coming often through the Bakthavachalam School Road alongside with School Van, Share Auto, Cycle and Bike instead of Regular Route during the peak Hours for creating Traffic Jam. Parents find it very difficult to send Childrens to the School Campus in time. Please operate the Metro Buses in Regular Route for safety and security of the School Childrens. i.e. (Regular Route : Opposite to Catholick Church Route)

Their is no proper timing of A/c bus 570

When ever asking conductor abt its time everyday saying its right time

As frequency of A/c bus is too less on OMR road, n all buses are fully crowded,

As climate is also very hot...

Question - which purpose of the give bus pass?
The AC buses from T nagar to Kancheepuram frequency is reduced .As this is a pilgrimage centre additional facilities should be available not reduced. We come from AP for darsan and were using these AC buses. But last week we were informed when we reached T nagar at 7am, the next bus was at 10 am.Earlier it used to be every 20-25 minutes.The person in the enquiry was very rude and informed that service is reduced and told us to go to Koyambedu. We went there but there were no AC buses. Please restore AC bus frequency in TNagar to Kancheepuram.

I travel from Mandaveli to Saidapet.
I have only one 5B bus for every 1hour. But i[censored] get the bus u r lucky, I say. It won't come within that hour also. Y don't u increase the frequency of this bus.

Secondly, daily I travel from adyar signal stop to mandaveli in 29C white board bus. The fare is 6rs. But sometimes the conductor is charging 7rs ticket. The same bus same stopping, but y one day 6, other day 7 rs, when I questioned him he is muted and rudely responded. 1 rupee matters for conductor as well as to us in bus fares I feel that.. So I making this complaint...I don't understand what is the reason for this.
Kindly run AC buses in D70 route
Daily i am waiting for bus from Maduravoyal Market bus stop to KMC bus stop from 4:50am to 5.50 am to go to my office & my shift timing starts at 6.am, regularly the waiting timing may increasing but there is no buses on that time. Why the bus drivers & conductors are not doing their job properly and why don't you peoples(Higher Officers) are not checking this kind of activities properly. This is not am facing in a single day, even on any day buses are not taken on time, for all days i can't to reach my office on time and it gives me much more trouble & affecting my career even it gives me stress & pressure too. Its not only for me, even at least of 50 plus peoples(passengers) are affecting the same time on day by day.

I hope you understand the problem above i mention it and hope to take it as a serious action regarding this.

With due respect, i like to bring the following feedback into your vision.
I and my friend had travelled from broadway to porur and nandambakkam repectively in the respected bus(i dont want to mention the bus name).we both were got one ticket in which our respected destinations were printed.At nandambakkam bus stop my friend got down and gone with the ticket we had got from conductor.As soon as ramapuram bus stop came(next stop to nandambakkam), ticket checkers arrived and asked me about the ticket.I explained them about what happened but they are not ready to hear my words.They made me to got down the bus and asked me to pay the fine.I replied them i will call my friend to bring the ticket.But they not accepted my words and made me to pay the fine.If they gave me 5 minutes, i would have proceed my ticket.This incident made me heartbroken.
So conductors should give separate tickets for each and everyone travelling without typing more than one ticket in same sheet.please make it mandatory as soon as possible.

There is very very poor bus service from tidel park to siruchery tech park since past 15 days. They have stopped the 102 cut service as express buses from tidel park past 15 days. Now 102 cut buses are from thiruvanmiyur as white board. Mostly all passengers are from trains only. If one train comes about 500 passengers are coming here to go to siruchery and sholinganallur via tambaram during peak hour since morning 7.30 am. Meanwhile all sholinganallur via tamabaram route no 95 are now changed as 100 % deluxe since past 15 days. This route wih lot of colleges and schools.There are lot of passengers are travelling with monthly punching pass. They could not able to travel in route no 95 also because of deluxe. Because of no frequency of 102 cut, lot of passengers are waiting for long time. Now lot of passengers are choosing share autos for their places due to this issue . Your staffs are simply standing uselessly. Previously 95 cut service also they have cut from service because of they will stop the bus 100 meter beyond. They will drive empty that time. So cancelled that service. Now mtc suffers in this route . High official should inspect and solve and check the previous collections reports.
