There is very very poor bus service from tidel park to siruchery tech park since past 15 days. They have stopped the 102 cut service as express buses from tidel park past 15 days. Now 102 cut buses are from thiruvanmiyur as white board. Mostly all passengers are from trains only. If one train comes about 500 passengers are coming here to go to siruchery and sholinganallur via tambaram during peak hour since morning 7.30 am. Meanwhile all sholinganallur via tamabaram route no 95 are now changed as 100 % deluxe since past 15 days. This route wih lot of colleges and schools.There are lot of passengers are travelling with monthly punching pass. They could not able to travel in route no 95 also because of deluxe. Because of no frequency of 102 cut, lot of passengers are waiting for long time. Now lot of passengers are choosing share autos for their places due to this issue . Your staffs are simply standing uselessly. Previously 95 cut service also they have cut from service because of they will stop the bus 100 meter beyond. They will drive empty that time. So cancelled that service. Now mtc suffers in this route . High official should inspect and solve and check the previous collections reports.

Rude behaviour and not ticking the pass correctly .. they where not responding for the mistakes also .. they tick wrongly ..its affected many times ... They were ticking 2 boxes at a time . Are you teach to your bus conductors" how to treat public, proper response ? Very rude behaviour .. 91 Thiruvanmiyur to Tambaram. Red bus .Tn 01 An 2076 ...And 91 A Just annoying ..
Please give the proper training on how to behave to passengers for your drivers and conductors

MTC BUS TIMING NOT REGULAR

Sir,
Timing of MTC bus from avadi to tambaram route via pattabiram is not maintaining regularly.
My name is saiprasath regular commuter who travels from pattabiram to tambaram at 5 am.
When enquired about bus timings from avadi bus depot, they said the first bus timing is 4:50 am from avadi which will reach pattabiram around 5:00 am to 5:10 am but most of the time they either take bus earlier or very late like instead of crossing pattabiram at 5.0 am they crossing 4.45 am itself and 2nd bus which should be arriving pattabiram at 5.20 am coming 5.40 am. But on the same route between 5.00 am to 5.30 am more than seven 572 buses which is going to thiruvallur are crossing pattabiram without single passenger in it. Maintaining the proper timing for 202 from avadi to tambaram route bus is really awful and it is happening on regular basis of at least thrice in a week. Pls look into it.

Inadequate bus facility Bus no.51B from karanai to Saidapet. Only this bus is available from this area. Most of the IT people, School students are travelling for schools, buses. Due to inadequate bus. People are waiting for long time and travelling in single bus without any space and standing in footboard is dangerous. All cannot afford auto or cab.

Morning 6 to 9.30 am and evening 5 to 8.30 pm lot of people are waiting for long time. There is no deluxe/ digital bus from this area and only white board bus which is also rare.

Most of people are working as daily wages and they can't afford for cab or auto.

IT people are working in this area and they can't get bus on time to reach their destination. The only way to come out of this area via is 51B. Please provide many buses in the morning and evening. Ladies are also working after a certain time bus is not available and please consider ladies and children safety.

Please try to provide different routes from karanai/Sithalapakam.
To Taramani tidel park/ascendas park
To Thiruvanmiyur
To T Nagar
Most of the Coaching centre, School, Working area is located in above areas.
Please provide those bus facility and also bus no 51B for frequent facility
Please consider this is as serious issue and solve asap
Due to inadequate bus we are facing lot of accidents since people are travelling in single bus .
