With due respect, I would like to bring following feedback into your notice.
The MTC buses plying between Broadway and Thiruvanmiyur 6D and 21D are very irregular. It is plying with very low frequency partly because of negligence on drivers . In average commuters have to wait 20 minutes for the next bus to catch. Then those buses plying between this two location will arrive in bundle, normally coming 2-3 same buses at a time. I have been experiencing this problem for last three years. The concern authority may kindly pay attention into the bus route services plying in this area.

Pl let me know the frequencies of these Buses
1. X221H [Kemalbakkam to Central] as till date for past 2-3 yrs I was not told the correct frequency
2. 19B [Saidapet to Sirsery/ Kelambakkm] As this bus some time if it come 2-3 buses will come otherwise after 40 ms 1 bus comes both in morning as well as Evening.
Also the big problem is if I reaching 5:15 to 5:20 PM at Saidapet there will not be any bus & the next frequency will be after 30-40 Mts.
If I enquire then will say "Wait the Bus will come in 5 Mts" & asking some other question they will fall on us with Bad words.
If this is how MTC is running I am sorry to say that service will become worse.

MTC A/C Bus 219 is not following any time schedule in the evening. For Eg: Yesterday I waited at AGS bus stop at Navalur from 5:30 p.m. The Bus came at 6:15 p.m . Many of the people waiting at the Bus stop complained that they are filling the full seats in Siruseri and then Only they are taking the Bus. Because of this the evening Bus is totally irregular.

very pathetic situation in aynavaram and the irresponsibile reply from MTC authorities that the Resuming of Stopped services is totally disturbed and the public of these part has got so much of aggrosh against MTC and surely i am going to take big task to fight with MTC and the goverment of Tamilnadu not responding my complaint

Bus no 54 C issue in poonamallee to pattabiram this root lot of students, private sector working peoples are there at the time of 4.10pm to 6.00pm particular time no buses available so kindly arrange to extra buses.
At present route bus no 109 running between broadway to kovalam.I kindly request the government authorities to extend the bus upto vadanemmeli in view of people visiting crocodile bank and lot of resorts around that area.
Today (24-Dec-2015) in 570 Volvo bus, two ladies boarded the bus with 3 luggages out of which one was the Jute kind of bag. It is waitless and obsolutely no issues with that as they have placed it between themselves between their seats.
The conductor who initially provided only two tickets, asked them to place that jute bag which is weightless (had only fruits) under the 3-seater side seats. Since the ladies refused to do, out of Ego, he asked them to pay Rs.50 extra for luggage.
Though the ladies explained it is weighless, he himself holded it and verified . But still went on with charging them which is pourly not acceptable.

I have travelled today morning (05-Jan-16) from Velachery Check post - Adyar in 21L- time : Morning 9 AM - 9.30 AM. ticket cost for this trip is RS.9, Ticket Number : 196155, i have given Rs.10, but conductor didn't give the change Rs.1.i asked him one rupee change, he didn't response properly, he used some unwanted words.he didn't give the change to other 10 passengers also.Please take necessary action on ASAP.

There are many buses from parrys to adyar - No.21L, 21E, 21K, 60E, 60G, but very rearely it coming during office timings (9.00 am to 10.am) also, in the evening .

The bus route 99 from tambaram to adyar bs & adyar bs to tambaram is operated very irregular without proper timing in the morning hours and evening hours.
We have to wait for about 02 hours to catch the bus. In this route there is only one bus going.
Many people have to reach on time to high court, banks, and business establishments, office. Please understand commuters hardship, or we have to represent to secretary to transport ministry.

Sub : Request to activate the operation of Route # A51-AC (Volvo) Bus.
We are about more than 40 regular commuters who use the services of Route # A51-AC Bus that is plying between Broadway to Tambaram-East, since inception of the AC Bus in this route. These regular commuters, working indifferent corporate sectors / professionals, are the residents in the enroute areas viz., Selaiyur, Camp Road Jn., Santhospuram, Medavakkam, Pallikkarani, Velachery etc and are particularly dependant on this service, especially the morning trip starting @ 07.20 hrs at Tambaram-East & the evening trip leaving Broadway @ 17.30 hrs.
From Monday 28th of March 2016 most o[censored]s who came to the bus stop in the Morning thought that due to some problem in bus it couldn’t make the trip to our route. We later understood that from 28th March our bus has been diverted to a different route and therefore the scheduled trip from Broadway to Tambaram-East has been stopped. Consequently, we, the commuters who are by and large solely dependant on this service, are badly affected. Most o[censored]s are working in Mount Road where there is no other means of transport. Hence we are totally depended on this bus alone. Now a days many of new comers also started using this bus due to this climate. And both the trips (Morning and Evening) the bus is fully crowded. Previously there was 4 trips in this route. But now only one trip is plying.
Hence we humbly request your good offices to instruct the concerned to allot A51 Volvo A/c bus to our route and to continue the service again without any interruption. We do sincerely hope that our kind request in this regard would be considered favourably.

Due to this problems, passengers are getting sweated. Some passengers asked about the AC to bus conductor, he replied, It working fine. but actual its not.
I request to MTC department to look into this situation, because we are giving money, you should provide the services as expected.

Dear sir, 202 this is a new bus service from Tambaram to Avadi via nemilicherry. Only 3 buses are available in this route. one from Avadi depot and other 2 buses from Tambaram depot.Particularly Tambaram depot bus either comes in late or service not operating regularly.Today also[protected].45 hrs. from Tambaram 202 bus service not operated. poor response from time keeper. After making so many complaints in mtc complaint cell also no response regarding the bus service. Kindly take necessay action to regularise the service as per schedule please.

The problem which i had faced was unforgettable
As i as waiting for a bus 19B or 221 H [from Perungudi to Little moute / SIET]
But only 1 19 B bus came that too with fully occupied]
After that for 45 mts no buses was there
Hence i took another bus & vide Adyar i had to come.
Sorry to see this type of services i am facing in Chennai..
