MTNL Broadband — Very poor service

Hi,

I have log many complaint's for my broadband service but still no permanent solution.

I have already intimated many times to them that my broadband connection automatically stop working
regularly.And the ADSL light status turn to OFF

As per the 1504 techical support this is a problem with a line.But the line man never take that seriously.

As per the line man they always ask your internet is working and sometime it's working at that time"ADSL Light is coming" he simply coonfirm OK and ask them to close the case.

This time when i receive call from him he simply confirm the same and after that getting the phone disconnected.I ask immediately this is the problem i am regularly facing why not you take some action.He simply reply that now he has rectify the line problem.

He is simply lying because problem is from pole to the wire which is coming in my house and he never came to my house.

Sameis the case with the area manger he is simply using govt phone for there personal use i think because he never pick up any phone.His phone numbers are 22376363, [protected]


The field engineer name is "Jayantri Prasad". Very poor company.Truly a govt company.What i want to say that govt must sack these people.Other wise the day is not far when MTNL was taken over by some private company.

They were not doing anything but getting haft pay.

Can any body have there senior person email id's so that i can take forward this case to them.
My telephone exchange is "Luxmi Nagar".

My complaint number is 7048 (earlier), 1259(this time)

Even after continous reminder they were not doing anything

No Company — Very Poor Service Of MTNL Broadband

Hi,

My telephone no. is[protected] and my internet is not working well from past 3 weeks. I tried 1504, MTNL Area Manager, MTNL SDO and other no.(s) BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM. I'm using 512 Unlimited Plan. I mean when I'm paying on time alot of money for internet, then why nobody want to hear my problem ?

And the MOST SHOCKING REPLY FROM THEIR OFFICERS was MY PC / LAPTOP IS MAIN PROBLEM, MTNL IS GOD, THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT. I've D-Link 502T router, and adsl link of this router NOT stable, some kind of flicker always remains, even my telephone has some kind of disturbance and ONE MORE THING when I my connection they installed OLD TELEPHONE WIRE AND TOLD ME THAT WE WILL INSTALL NEW IN 2-3 WEEKS, and you know what those 2-3 weeks NEVER COMES.

Now tell me what I can do with these fraud people or thieves ???

If this site able to help me, then I'll thanks from bottom of my heart.

Well this thing happend to me too. Everytime a new complain no but no service.Atlast i just chaned internet service.

Seriously change your connection to airtel, if your airtel net is working their techinicans just comes in 2-3 hrs and solves the problem. It has the best customer services and also many good plans. Instead of sticking to MTNL plans and poor customer services just go to better internet.
All useless people are working in mtnl. They are all parasites. No one listens to you complaints. Speed is so slow. it takes hours to open a site. Downloading speed is pathetic. I have got problem in my modem. I have been making complaints since 1st of this month to change my modem. No one has come so far. Area manager is on leave. The person assigned with the job on his behalf (Harish Mohan[protected] never attends the call.
My Broadband is not working for more than two weeks now, so many compalints done at 1504, but NO RESULTS. Even visting local MTNL Sarita Vihar Office and Registering complaint, results is same.
I am fed up with the service, but unfotunatly no other service provider here .
i am complaining from last two weeks about the poor speed of internet and to increase the speed of net from 256kbps to 512kbps but their is no response from the mtnl .This is my last two complain number are 64208, 2486,
