Even I lodged my complaint for non receipt of bills. MTNL will charge late payment without looking its blunders. A worst organisation.

This is becoming often now that we are not receiving the bills . Two months before our line was cut without information. On calling up we came to know that we had not paid the bill. We had not received the bill only then. We had to pay fine and reconnection charges. Again now also we have not received our bill.
Everytime it is not possible to keep a track and collect the duplicate bills. The line is cut without informing us also. Please see to it that our bill is posted well in advance at correct address.
