[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Network problem

Dear Sir/Madam...

My name is Lekhnath and I'm
facing a problem with MTNL Broadand Last 1 week My Land line phone
number[protected] is registered my broadband connection is not
working. I've registered numerous complaints ( complaint no.
[protected] ) 24/06/2012 for the same but nothing has been done so
far. My Broadband connection goes on-off on regular basis last 1week
and mutliple complaints have been lodged against it. Whenever I call
the customer service, they say that it will be resolved with 24 hrs.
I've called the MTNL Area Manager thrice, but still the problem
persists. I've been paying them for the services which I'm not
availing

I'm using MTNL Delhi Prepaid dolphin I live in Madanpur Khadar Sarita Vihar and I am facing tremendous problem in MTNL network.
I am using two numbers of MTNL..both are prepaid..network signal are significantly weak that calls don't connect.
If I move more inside the house signal gets worse. Calls are disconnect while talking to someone.
I am also using MTNL 3G Plans which too don't work well.
I am sorry to say that if such problem will stay then I have to discontinue all the services of airtel.

Very poor Signal in Sec 6, Dwarka, New Delhi. No Signal at home, in market area.
