MTNL — Broadband connection disconnect

I am sharing this painfull expreance of having MTNL broadband on my home PC. I got this installed around 4 monhs back and truly speaking this only works for few days and after that it did not worked. I made sevral compliants and visited Rohini Sec -6 sanchaar haat also to make everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. I have no connection from last 2 months and receiving broadband monthly bill regularly.
How come MTNL charge for the services thay are not able to give even after lodging the complaint.
My complaint get closed without any resolution.
This is a hight of frustration and MTNL should stop making fool of people if they can not provide service.

With profound respect and crave liberty I beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.
02. That Sir, I, K.Manigandan S/O Shri S.Kotteswaran residing in Quarter No.751, Type-II, Sector-05, MB Road, Pushpvihar, New Delhi, Since Last 02 Years. I have been allotted MTNL land line connection bearing Tel Phone No.29566637 since March-2015.
03. Now I have been directed to vacate to the Govt family Quarter and now I am going to shift at my Home town as such, I want to disconnect our land line connection.
04. In view of above, it is requested that my BSNL land line connection bearing No.29566637 may be Disconnected W.e.f. 11.08.2015.
05. I shall be ever great full to you for act of this kindness please.
