This is in reference to the above said telephone number which was disconnected

In Febuary ‘2007 itself and complete details of postal address was given in regards refund procedure.

Since the address mentioned in the bills in which I was a temporary tenant, once the post was wrongly sent by your department . Awaited for long time I had personally visited Mr. Ravi Tambe of your office at 3td floor, and I was informed that we will get the fresh payorder issued from the bank since the earlier had expired date wise. I even forwarded my cell no but there had been no reply from your side nor I received any refund as on date.

I have now shifted to my permanent address as mentioned below. I request you to please clear this pending matter as early as possible . You can credit my balance amount in my current Telephone Connection vide Tel No 26719504, ref C.A.No.[protected]. and oblige,

Awaited for long time I even personally visited Mr. Ravi Tambe of your office at 3td floor, and I was informed that we will get the fresh payorder issued from the bank since the earlier had expired date wise. I called your accounts office but no proper response from your side nor I received any refund as on date.
