MY NAME IS MITTAL & MY NO. IS [protected]
OF MTNL TRUMP.

I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE WAP SUBSCRIBTION PACK SERVICE.
IT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY.

I DO NOT USE THE SERVICE, NOR I HAD ACTIVATED IT.

EVERY MONTH, RS. 30 OR MORE GETS DEDUCTED FROM THE BALANCE.

I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ELSE.

THEY SAY IT IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GET THE SERVICE DEATIVATED.

PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE THE WAP SUBSCRIPTION PACK.

Dear Sir
I Ramlal Prasad would like you to please Deactivate your so called khel khel mein subscription services. which I Never subscribed for & Return my balance.
Its the worst I have experienced from Indiatimes.com. My mobile No.[protected]
Also i want to stop this "KHEL KHEL MEIN subscription service" and return all my balance that has been
deducted without my permission. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

Complaint against wrong deduction from my prepaid mobile no.[protected][protected]This is to inform you that my said account is being deducted by Rs.20 for last 4 months against "the renewal of back up my contacts in the case of lost of my mobile",where as I have never got activated or renewed this scheme.So please get this deduction stopped with immediate effect.
