[Resolved] Mts — Fake Reebok shoes offer

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Bought MTS Mblaze Modem with Reebok shoes offer in November 2010. I registered the details online (see attached the receipt) for the free shoes & was informed that, I would get my shoes within a month. However even after N numbers for visit to the MTS dealer their branch office, phones calls & many email too did not result in receiving the shoes. I am now tired of all this mails & phones.

Please guide me accordingly and can something be done so that these companies wont come up with such fake offers. Even the service of the MTS is too bad no network & very slow speed. I am feed up of all this crap & m forced to lodge compalint against them.

3 MONTHS BACK ,THAT TIME OFFER IS THERE OF ONE REEBOK SHOES WITH EVERY BROADBAND STICK , ITS ALREADY 3 MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION & PRODUCT FROM MTS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DON;T GIVE ANY INFORMATION

I don't received Rebook Shoe After Completion of six month to purchasing MTS Broadband From Nagpur Dellar,
This is my Last complaint ,If you can't take seriously then I have option to go consumer Cort.

i am vidhilesh from calicut, kerala. am a mts blaze customer, before 8 months i bought m blaze, that time a offer behind that (reeboke shoes) but till i cant get that. before i inform this matter and i get a mail from mts. the gift was despatched through dtdc courier, so i contact dtdc courier calicut, they said the gift of mts returned to mts company, again MTS send a mail,

They said they don’t know about that. Am purchase mblaze from 3g mobile world, calicut. But not directly from the show room . an executive of mts contacted me and he give me mts blaze. That time the executive said that this is purchased from 3g mobile world, calicut and I will give the bill of mts blaze very soon, and I contacted him after one month, but I cant get him, his mobile number was changed . many times I complaint this matter to mblaze customer care but till I cant get a genuine reply, please find the details, and send me a reply, my mts number is [protected], my address- theertham house, vazhayil paramba, po vengeri, calicut, kerala... and my contact number is [protected],
