ON CONTNUED QUESTIONING, IT IS LEARNT FROM THE SELLER M/S GANPATI INTERNATIONAL OF C R PARK-II, NEW DELHI THAT HE HIMSELF HAS DIVERTED THE CONSIGNMENT TO HIS OWN HOME TOWN IN LUDHIANA, WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY THE COURIER TOO.

The Cash-memo, The Start-up Voucher and the Gift Coupon, all are with me. But you have rather preferred not to send the item to the purchaser, Ranjan Bandyopadhyay (Banerjee) even after 10/12 times talking to your Office during the past month.

Over the Internet also I observe that numerous purchasers of your M-Blaze Modem are expressing their grievance over various issues, not receiving the item being most common in those complaints.
