[Resolved]  Mts — slow speed

sir/mam,
i am syed, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, mts had given a offer of free 15 days usage of 15GB, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 1.7 Mbps. after free usage offer. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 8/07/10. they said upto 15GB usage the speed will be upto 3.1Mbps. after 15GB it will be 100Kbps. from the day of recharge. i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps.even though network is full i am not getting speed. i have given lots of complaint even though they have not given any response . they say they will check but no response comes .i have called up mts coustomer care ph no-[protected] but no one recieves the call. i have to simply be on call upto 15 minutes .simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 10 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected], my mts no - [protected], please take some action on this fake mts broadband service. thankyou

dear all friend,
i bought mts net connection from pune which was in discount i got it for 1900...i have recharged 999 unlimited plan... for the first time ...12gb at the speed of 3.1mbps i got good speed upto 150 kbps downloading but after that there was no speed i was getting only 1.1kbps downloading i called customer care around 40 to 42 times but they did not provide any service even i called seniors but they also failed i lost my balance by talking to a customer around 400 to 450 Rs. but no service and i lost my money by investing in mts.
sometimes device also failed to load it say's "device is not attach pls try again"
this mts really sucks my dear all friends please DON'T BUY THIS MTS THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD ...

MTS Data card is horrible. I never get speed more than 10 KB till date.
i am just take a MTS ph the no is [protected]...I am see in 4 february the company deduct my balance 5.00RS...automatic...i am shout complain in the customer care... the customer care give me complain No. the no is FEB/344042( complain dt.18 FEB 2011 )...and tell me it is solve in working...

i have taken an mts blaze modem no.[protected] activated on 6th Dec 2010 with an offer of a pair of reebok shoes free with the modem...but i have not recived the shoes yet...i have twice given complaint 2 customer care...but their was no proper care taken on my complaint...it should have been reached by 20 days as said by company...but it has been almost 2month now...i am really fedup by the company responce...pls help me i[censored] can...thank you
seriously???? my download speed is 12 kbps!!!??? for the first 2 months it was allright, not good but ok. now my download speed doesn't get above 18 kbps. WTF?? DON'T EVER GET AN MTS SERVICE PLAN. the devise is good but the speed is crappy. its bloody useless. i'm switching back to BSNL. ( the device is useless but the speed is a lot better. Christ! 12kbps... Whats the point of having an internet connection? bloody thieves.

MTS - Netconnect Data Card — BREACH.

The MTS people Ajmal ,phone no:[protected] and his head phone no [protected] they bought me the internet wireless device 3 days before. The device no is [protected] is not ready yet. These guys did n't submit the forms i gave them yet. i think they are trying to steal that money. This is the first time experience for me from any brand. They did n't try to collect my employee id card. i took the service for my business purposes and i need to activate is as earlier as possible. .Please do the need ful. i will go with legal actions.

these [protected]@#@ are not picking the phones also. They took 1300 money from me. Please do the needful.

i bought mts mblaze on december from the date of purchase iam not satisfied till now . iam going to change the device to reliance . dont go mts its a fraud one .

Sistema Shyam Teleservices (MTS) — malpractice

1. not providing broadband service, which i purchased.
2. no result and no consistent feedback of my complaints.
3. blocking incoming calls on toll free call center number.
4. they keep on promising to send technical person on site, but never sends.


I am facing problem since 3 weeks and have launched 2 complaints.

MTS — slow internet speed

sir , mts broadband speed is 3.2mbs but when i buy the mts broadband its speed was less then 500kbs . mts made many custmors fool even network r are full but speed is only less then 500kbs . mts is making fool to many people by avertising 3.2mbs speed . froud mts .

MTS — disconnect of line

THE CONNECTION WAS TEMPRORERLY STOP, REASONS THEY TOLD ME THAT MY DOCUMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY THEM AND THEY SAID ME THAT DEPOSITE THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN. I GET THE DOCUMENTS TWO TIMES FROM 25/03/2011 TO 02/04/2011. AT PRESENT MY CONNECTION TILL DISCONNECT.

MTS Mobile Service — No supply of currency

My name is PARVEZ.
I am presently using MTS service. My number is [protected]. I am struggling from one month to recharge the currency. None of the retailers in Tannery Road and other areas are having this currency. I have shouted on one retailer whose shop name is M.A.Mobile point, he is harshly telling that the MTS area manager is not atall seriuous, he never comes to the retailers and never listens to our requests for giving currency. I have shouted on him saying that if this is the service ur providing then what is the use of launching MTS in the marked. I have never seen such a worst service, we have to struggle a lot to recharge the currency. Please take some serious action against whoever is involved in this.
