Balance deducted in my Axis bank a/c of 50/- rs. Transaction Date :[protected]. Tnasaction amount 50/- Transaction mobile no. [protected]. Transaction Id. is :[protected]. Order id Is :- R[protected]. I compalint about this matter both 1. MTS customer care 2. recharegeitnow.com with Bank a/c statement . I recive there reply i sort out your query about this matter. we will contact to you in 10 days, in 24 hours. when i call in mts customer care [protected] there exucutive some time put in hold & then reply me your query is under process. we will contact to you 4 hours & 24 hours. so please i am very harresh this type of conjucted system in MTS mobile. so please solve My Problem & Give me real judgement.
