Mts — MTS BROADBAND NOT WORKING

MTS is a fraud company cheating their customers by selling Data cards which don't work ( even their engineers have confirmed this in writing). They disconnect the connection for wan't of documents which I'd already given at time of pourchasae of Data card from their dealer "Sam computers & peripherals". No mattrer how many times u give them docs the reply from the customer care is that they have not received the docs. Fraud company and their pet replies./In one month of my purchase my connection remained closed for 22 days and on other was giving a ridiculously low speed of 20-50 kbps (world's slowest). Ultimately I had to get my connection terminated and bought a TATA photon. Their engineer who came to inspect my complaint confirmed officially that the data card was not working and also unofficially that this was a common complaint. Now these have sent me monthly bill even though they should have refunded my purchase price of Rs.700/- (I am stuck with this junk data card).A warning for those who are thinking of buying MTS data card: DO NOT EVEN THINK BUYING A MTS DATA CARD IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BECOME INSANE".
