In my recent trip to Mumbai I was surprised to find that passengers are being charged excessive amount of money for transferring from domestic terminal to International terminal. While these sorts of things are happening in daylight law enforcement seem to be enjoying chatting with the offenders. How can this be tolerated? How can India expect to be a leader if it is unable to provide safe passage for international traveler from one terminal to another in an international airport?
Also I must write a line about the lack of professionalism of the staff at Mumbai international airport that seem to be waving at business class passengers to move from counter to counter instead of a word of mouth. The staff at check in counter ignored my request to credit my frequent flyer mileage account saying it is already in the system, which I later found to be a big fat lie. What sort of financial super power is being cooked in India with this sort of working culture and ethical standards? Was this information helpful? |
