Mumbai Airport — Ridiculous behavior of Indigo

It is pathetic that the Mumbai Indogo flight we are were booked on on 4th Oct EYE3S9D booking reference under the name of dr aparna rao was missed owing to unprofessionla and callus attitute of staff of Indigo flight. They decided to fly tow flights 63 294 (which was ours) at gate 10 and one to kolkata from the same gates which led to many people flocking the gates together in a mess. Not to say, none of the staff organised the lines for each flight nor was it conveyed or announced that there are two lines for two flights (delay of our flight was also not communicated either)and the display also showed only 6E294. We kept waiting behind the line and wondered why shouting bhubaneswar when line is so long and not moving (shouts dowsed by mass of so many people in front) when it was suddenly conveyed the boarding for our flight has closed. On informing and asking how this could happen and of they pilot or flight can be infd of this, the staff told us "pilot is not lifting mobile"!!!- is mobile the method of communicating with flight attendants or pilot? Also our names were nt called for by the staff which is usual routine for all flight protocols. this was truly intentional to make us pay addnal money for next flight. We are putting this into the consumer forum for reclaiming our money and time lost not only for us but also for our patients waiting for us.We would definitely pursue this until solved and money refunded.
