[Resolved]  Mumbai Online Florists — Cheating

I had ordered Taj/5 Star cake and flowers for my mother's 80th Birthday on 15th September 2012 for delivery on 17th September 2012. On the birthday, we did not get the delivery till late afternoon and all efforts to contact their telephone number were futile as the number was constantly busy. At 5.30 p.m. when we somehow managed to get through to a customer service agent, we were informed that since the cake was from Taj, it took time and the delivery was on its way. The delivery came at 7.00 p.m. To our utter shock, the flowers (a hand bouqet!!) had withered and dried flowers and the cake was having runny jam over it and definitely not from Taj or from any 5-star hotel! It looked more like it was from some bakery located in some slum. So much for their excellent service and quality for Rs. 1890/-! This company is a big fruad. Please avoid it and don't be a sucker!
