Mumbai Online florists website is fake...I ordered a surprise gift for 14th february. Also i make payment of 909 rupess. and now they did not deliver that order and also there is not any contact number to follow them..
my 909 rupees are total waste.

I have ordered "sweet 5 surprise gift hamper" worth Rs 2500, which was not delivered but received confirmation email that same has been delivered.

Also tried to contact customer support ([protected]) which is switched off.

Please help me on this....

This is to bring to your kind attention that we have recently cancelled our order regarding the purchase of a holi sweets hamper from Mumbai Online florists as they did not deliver our order on time .
The transaction date is 09/03/2020 .

We have already made the payment in advance and now would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund as soon as possible ....

Mumbaionlineflorists.com fraudsters They deliver something that is not ordered and being overseas its next to impossible to validate the number of roses in the bouquet. If they can't deliver why have the product displayed and make one pay exorbitant amount. Called the customer service and they are rude, pathetic and with zero inclination to listen to your complaints....

I booked a basket of fruits and flowers to be delivered to my mother on her Birthday. The order was placed around 10.00am in the morning.
I tried to call their call center at around 4.00pm to ask about the status. I was kept on hold for close to 20min and then was told that it will be delivered before 8.00pm. I was little shocked and surprised but didn't argue much.

I had ordered Taj/5 Star cake and flowers for my mother's 80th Birthday on 15th September 2012 for delivery on 17th September 2012. On the birthday, we did not get the delivery till late afternoon and all efforts to contact their telephone number were futile as the number was constantly busy. At 5.30 p.m. when we somehow managed to get through to a customer service agent, we were informed that since the cake was from Taj, it took time...

I ordered Rs. 3224 worth of flowers to be delivered to my friend in Mumbai on Valentine's day through Mumbai Online Florists (www.mumbaionlineflorists.com). They failed to deliver the product and kept giving me false excuses repeatedly on e-mail.

They never receive their phone calls. I am confident this set up is a fraudulent business and they are scamming members of the public not to mention ruining...

I had placed an order for a cake for RS. 624.- for which my account was debited. But the cake was not delivered on 9th May (Mothers day) .. Now when I find out on your site that there are so many complaints about this company ... also known as rightflorist and they operate in different states.

Can't you people stop these frauds from cheating people
