What do we do about this? I am keen to take this to some sort of sensible conclusion. these guys are a poor example to those o[censored]s living outside the country of how indian private sector works. Its really bad news.
If you have any suggestions on how to get these guys properly audited/ checked and prosecuted. please make them known. Do the complaints on this forum get due attention?

Incomplete Products delivered, Late
I ordered flowers for valentines day Order id MOF-[protected] . I made a transation through my card and the money was debited from my account. The details are below:-
14 Feb 2011 CCA11BAMU313-Avenues India Ltd[protected] Feb 2011 475.00
order was given online on 14th feb 2011 to deliver on the same day 14th feb.2011.
The gift was not delivered. we tried calling the number listed([protected]), but that is not in service.
the order status or the emails ([protected]@vsnl.neT) link on the site doesnt work.
i am currently in Delhi, and wanted to surprise my Fiancee in Mumbai, rather this was shocking!!!
I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!
ALSO THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO GO DOWN, WITH LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST THE OWNERS.

It is the most pathetic website a person could ever shop from. 1st of all they are super expensive. and the best is that they suck @ whatever they write online. 24x7 Customer service is always busy. Shows how many people are calling and abusing them. They dont give us order status online.

I m from delhi, i also sent rakhi-gift on[protected] for my brother in mumbai, but he received incomplete order, when i contacted customer care on[protected] they confirmed the fault at their side but failed to complete the order, and on their site they confirmed same day delivery, thay are running mumbai online florist form kolktta as all number belongs to kolkatta only.

This is the worst website to order something really special to the loved ones. kindly take a note of the nos along with the contact nos and call her to ask wat she is upto with her website. and they are very clever as they using caller ID and they dont receive the call if you call them again from the same number to ask the status. please pass this nos to all and call these ppl so many times and irritate them so that they get fed up and take some action.
