[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Unauthorised Construction on Foot Path

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that.infront the gate of school.(GOVT.GIRLS SR.SEC.SCHOOL)NEAR EASPLANDE ROAD DARIBA CORNER NEAR HANUMAN MANDIR JAMA MASJID.a illigal car parking covering an unauthorised space on Foot Path which is used by school child. and a man .He is covering the area upto 4 or 5 foot from the road. He is making a tent house shop on the foot path & creating problem for the school child going from this path. he is doing unauthroised construction & slowly slowly they are making this illegal construction. And also there is a sewer which has now been covered by him. But all these things are making trouble for us. So, therfore i request you to pls. look into the matter & stop this illegal construction which is being made by him as soon as possible.

We would like to bring to your notice that the residents of Ground Floor have encroached the road in front of their homes which has led to the shortening of the space available for parking and public movements.

You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal construction. We look forward to your co-operation and support.

UNAUTHORISE PARKING IN THE MCD SCHOOL E 6 BLOCK SULTAN PURI (oppossit shiv bhagwati mandir E 4-& E 6 BLOCK) any authorise officer

can check this illegal activities 9.00 pm to 8.00 am daily school staff envolved in this act.

who can stop ???
