[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — encroachment of government property

Sub :- Encroachment on Street no. 3, H Block, Vijay Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 11092 and creating nuisances
Sir,
I want to pay your attention on some points as mentioned below :-
(1) My name is Poonam Agrawal, R/o H-63, Vijay chowk, Laxmi Nagar , Delhi – 110092. I am Advocate in Delhi High Court.

(2) There is an encroachment on street by a washer men (Press Wala) adjoining to my house . He has putted the make shift wooden structure in the street and has created the obstruction to passer by. The washer men has done the encroachment on the street by keeping two tables. The washer men is always surrounded by the awara type of persons who have criminal mentality.

(3) By creating the obstruction on the public land ( in street), the vehicular movement can not be flown freely and also put in hazardous situation to the pedestrian as well who use the street for their way to home.

(4) The make shift shelter is along the Electric Poll of the BSES and beneath of that he made his press hot , by doing this he make the like of the citizen in danger who live near by. As the fire he burn for making the press is hot and the cloth make the situation very dangerous for the safety of the citizen reside nearby and in case of some untoward event this will also lead to the losses to the Government property.

Hence, your goodselves are requested to remove the obstruction created by the press wala on the street of the H Block and resolve the problem faced by the citizen live near by..
