ordered a mobile handset ( Micromax Canvas 2) for INR 9949 from the intenet shopping website: my virtual plaza (website: www.myvirtualplaza.com). I got an automated email after payment. I have been trying to reach their customet care on the following numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) but no one ever takes the call. I have sent numerous emails (ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com). This made me check for their credibilty on the internet and came to know that ther website has cheated many customers.
