[Resolved]  Myvirtualplaza.com — Not Refunding my money

I ordered a mobile handset ( Micromax a110, White) for INR 9979 on 11/02/13 from the internet shopping ebsite ”myvirtualplaza.com and made full payment as well by credit card wide order number MVP0029449
While buying their site promised delivery within 4-7 days. I have neither received product confirmation of shipping it. No reply to any of the emails or phone calls.
I have been trying to reach their customer care on the following numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) but no one ever takes the call.
I have sent numerous emails (ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com & other).
I send a request for cancel My order on 14/02/2013 after their third class service response . They are not giving any response for delivering nor to Refund money .They are just time passing with clients. My request you to take an appropriate action on this matter.
