I make a order (#MVP0019822) on 21 Jan through the merchant “myvirtualplaza.com”. My delivery of good was exacted within 1-7 days. But there was no progress till 23 Jan, So i call them but none of there phone is working then I write a mail for the update. At the same day i see there is a Facebook page of this merchant. I was shocked to see that page, there was lots of comments that this is fraud company and they are not delivering the product not even after one month after. So i was very worried. Although i decided to wait till 27 Jan and try to contact them through mail and phone. But they are not replying on email or phone. So i decided to cancel the product on 27 Jan. But as usual they are not replying. Now i just want to back my money.
