Naaptol — Bad Service. Neither product is delivered nor money Rs. 7498 and 1800 payback points are refunded

I paid Rs.450 through payback points. I called naaptol customer care many times. that is not a toll free number. I told them to cancel the order and release my money back to my credit card. and refund my payback points. Customer care executive told me that payback points will be refunded after 14 days. 14 days has been over. but still niether order is cancelled nor my money is refunded nor my payback points are refunded. It is Naaptol's responsibility to release my payment back to my credit card. Naaptol did not send any mail to my credit card provider so that It can unblock my money.
