[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — Product not delivered

Dear sir '
I have purchased a biometric bracelet from naaptol.com as the advertisement was in the times of india, i was told that if i pay through my creditcard i am elegible for a free gift, and the product will be delivered at my address, withen 7 to 10 working days, the date of purchase is 22/10/2010
Through my credit card, amount of rs 2999.00. Order no :905374
But when the aramax courier delivery person came to deliver the product, he demamded cash on delivery, and when i told him that i had paid through credit card, he refused to deliver the product, i called the customer care, i emailed, to the customer support, to the ceo of naaptol, but no one responds to the email or the conplaint,
Please help me in solving this problem

When i called for enqiry, the person named ganesh said that they cannot process unless i send a verification email to [protected]@naaptol.com, i send a email, but the next day the same person asked me for my creditcard details, if not i wont get the bracelet, i refused as its not possible to give my creditcard details to an unknown person for misuse, so he said bluntly, if you dont give the creditcard details i cannot process the order, and asked me to call [protected], and take my refund, when i called the said number there was a person called prakash, who said for refund it takes 20 to 30 working days, its real cheating after they get yhe cash they do not send the product and when we ask they misguide you and dont refund the amount. Please help.

Dear sir, I Manoj Kumar Pandey, serving in Indian Navy, I have buy one mobile phone from Naaptol.com, one year back my order no is 179361. When I received the mobile, that was defective then I call to customer care naaptol he told me that sir kindly you send the mobile for repair to mumbai. thereafter i send the mobile i.e my own expenditure via bluedart courrier after one month i received the mobile in the previous condition that was still defective, then i ask for refund, then he told me sir kindly send the mobile and company will refund the money, i have send the mobile almost six months back till the time i have not received any refund, kindly help me, otherwise I am going to court, because company is chitting, I already send a notice still they didnt comeup. pls help me. Otherwise definitely i am going to court for fraud case on naaptol.com, then i will take compansation. Thanks

i have recived product on 5/11/10 order no 938900 16gb spy pen i have sent it for replacment on 09/11/10 still now it is pending with you with out further status. what should i do to get the refund. please do the need full.
