[Resolved]  Naukri.com — Fraud

I am feeling very guilty to say that i just believe on an employer of NAUKRI.COM NOIDA office name EKTA-SHARMA. she said me to transact the money on her account to activte my resume services on naukri.com. and when i transact cash online to her account no. from that day she didn't pick my phone calls and can't ACTIVATE my resume services till yet. i have her ACCOUNT NO. CONTACT NO. and SNAPSHOT of BANK STATEMENT of ONLINE TRANSACTION.

Please help me I'm in great trouble this gives me a question mark on my career

There was a service in Naukri.com for " Resume Display" which costed Rs. 1250. I applied for the same. I payed online through ICICI debit card and i got an error message but payment was already done.

I called "ankita sinha" from Naukri.com and she told me that we do not accept payments from ICICI so please repay through SBI and we will return the additional amount back to your ICICI bank.

I made the payment through SBI and after that I never got any amount credited to ICICI account.

I have been following it up with Ankita on emails but she does not answer.

I have availed paid services from Naukri.com for around 2565/- Rs. in Oct 2010. I have not received any confirmation from naukri.com stating that your services are being activated; they have stopped replying.
1. Gold Online Persona.
2. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant.
3. Resume Display for 6 months.
4. Job mail for 6 months.
5. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.

I would like to thank Naukri.com for all the positive responses received in this month post availing the paid services.It really gave a good career boost and I got a good opportunity in a reupted bank.
I would recommend everyone to avail Naukri services.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please do not entertain consultancies like ADS HR & Dream Job (Kolkata). They invite candidates to register online and in return they ask for two to three thousand rupees as registration fees. Post registration, these consultancies do not provide any job interview.

Far from that, their telephone numbers are always either busy, switched off or wrong numbers.

Moreover, their website is often out of order.

You can also view complaints made by other candidates online if you search with ADS HR Complaints.

I thought it was important to bring such incidents to your notice because Naukri.com has an excellent reputation and track record amongst people like us. Please do not tarnish your image by tying up with such fraud consultancies. I have been a victim and I think it is a crime to fool around with human emotions by promising a job interview in exchange for money.

Hello!!

I got a call from [protected] (later from [protected], [protected]), Ankur Singh. He told me that its a call from naukri.com goes by the name manpower outsourcing consultant and offer me many job opportunities in reputed companies to choose from according to my profile. For all this he asked me to deposit refundable registration fee of Rs. 1600 in icici bank's a/c no.[protected]. I trusted them and went to bank to deposit the amout. At bank I found this a/c has been freezed. I called them, but they didn't accepted it was freezed. They kept on saying its just server problem in the bank and gave me other a/c no. which were of different a/c holder's name ie pritam sagar infratech, iesprit logitech. When they send those a/c with different name, I started to suspect them and started to search on internet about them. I was lucky to found one comment on this website about these people. They used same numbers and a/c before to trap a person but in the name of sine.com.

I decided not to pay them after all this.

So I hope my experience help others as well...beware of these cheaters friends.
