They called me telling me the computer was going to crash and they needed to fix it and it would cost 299.95 via credit card. My card would not accept the charge. They asked me leave the computer for an hour and they would fix it and call me back Monday am for the $$. They installed the free ccleaner program. Then I researched them and found they do this and I am not the first victim and I was lucky to not get stung for the 299.95. I will tell them in the am they have been reported, again I am sure. They also added a charge I did not approve after not being able to cntact them with any phone numbers they gave me.I disputed the extra charge.
Then I started researching them and found there had been problems with these calls of crashing computers.
