NIAS e Business Solutions claiming to be an ISO 9001:2000 certified company is doing a completely fraud business under the directorship of Mr. Mainak Saha, Mr. Diptesh Chakraborty and Mr. Sibasis Jana. Mr. Mainak Saha is the chairman of Nalanda Institute of Advanced Studies and is the main man behind everything though he claims that he has partners with Mr. Diptesh Chakraborty and Mr. Sibasis Jana. Mr. Diptesh Chakraborty is the Technical Director of the organization and is also the Head of Department in the Serampore College of Engineering. They have employed many people, brought them from different organizations in lieu of huge salary and other false commitments and ruined their career. They started Medical Transcription and General Transcription and took a lot of students in the name of giving them Training and gulped enormous amount of money from each and every student but never provided them with jobs nor with any kind of certificate. Also the persons who joined their as professionals based on high salary and other commitments for better future are now completely ruined as they have suddenly stopped their operations without any prior notice and also HAVING NOT PAID ANY SALARY FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS. They have been constantly hackling them by saying they would pay the salary but they are simply now dilly-dallying. So please be aware of this particular organization - both NIAS e Business Solution as well as Nalanda Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) as they are looked after by the same group of persons headed by Mr. Mainak Saha. They are completely fraud persons and GOD KNOWS HOW THEY ARE DOING THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IN SECTOR V, SALT LAKE. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO ORGANIZATION AND SAVE THE LIVES AND CAREERS OF YOUR NEAR AND DEAR ONES. THEY HAVE BROUGHT SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES TO THE BRINK OF COMMITTING SUICIDE. I totally agree with this complain. NIAS eBusiness solution is a sister concern of Nalanda Institute of Advance Studies headed by Mr. Mainak Saha. I know that after going through this complain Mr. Mainak Saha will tell his staff and students along with Mr. Sibabsis Jana to post good feedback on behalf of NIAS against this complain. But it is my utmost request to general public, please don’t take your son to NIAS, they will ruin his or her career. I would like to draw kind attention of our I.T. Minister Dr. Debesh Das to interfere in this matter. We feel proud of the I.T Sector, that is Sector V. It is the I.T Hub of Kolkata where all these fraud people are making their nest. Mr. Mainak Saha, Mr. Diptesh Chakraborty and Mr. Sibasis Jana is totally fraud and cheating poor old boys in the name of giving jobs in 15 days. They took a lot of money from them and no jobs were given. Recently NIAS had posted an add in the newspaper regarding different job vacancies which is a total fraud advertisement and they took a token money from the applicants and almost 29000 applicants apply for the post. But the post is allotted to pre-determined candidates.
Transcription Department was suddenly shut down and the employees didn’t receive any salary for the last two months. Recently they have started recruiting new people for transcription. I would request all those who have received call from NIAS eBusiness Solution regarding transcription, please do not join such organization. It is totally a fraud company directed by Mr. Mainak Saha.

But instead of posting a comment in the site, one of the director Mr. Sibashis Jana started sending threatening mails to me. I can even post the picture file of the mail if anyone wants to see or rather justify if I’m telling the truth. The mail was horrified and threatening and even he claims himself to be a dangerous person. This type of mails is written when a person has no answer and the complaint done against him is true. The mail also was CC to [protected]@gmail.com which is the mail address of Nalanda Institute of Advance Studies. The mail is as follows:

@ friends ... i cant make out one thing if you people know that this company is fake and they are doing fraud activities through out he year. how is it possible to run a business in a 10 storied building for more than 18 mnths. i think the complain are making by their rival companies. because i[censored] cant compit with some1 then make him fall in the race. i dont think this complains are at all true..am working in this comp for last 8 mnth . till the date i have not found any thng wrng ab the comp.
Who is this Piyali? Did she work in Medical Transcription Department with help of Arka Chowdhury? otherwise, she did not have that kind of quality that an MT needs to work with other much experienced colleagues. I can tell you Madam Nisha that the said organization has been headed by extremely fraud persons like Mr. Mainak Saha and others especially like Mr. Diptesh. They have been doing this business for years by making general people full. Please stay away from this organization otherwise your life will be ruined and your valuable time will also be gone.

ALSO A PERSON NAMED Mr KAUSHIK KHATUA IS PARTNER OF SIBASIS JANA. BOTH HAS LOOTED A LUMSUM AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THE NAME OF GIVING JOB AT NESTLE INDIA. THESE TWO PERSONS ARE REALLY RASCALS. ALSO THEY HAD POSTED OFFER LETTERS TO CANDIDATES FROM NESTLE DOMAIN.
Just beware this bunch of crooks have just removed £260uk from my pension in the bank, after agreaing they had to pay me £173uk.

I heartily agree with all complaints against NIAS Business Solutions. Against my better judgement and after questioning an NIAS employee about their authenticity, I did agree to a one-year contract with them. At first they did help me, but when a larger problem with my computer happened, they were unable to help me. I have been trying to get my money back from them with very little success. I urge NO ONE to contract with this company for any help.
