I was contacted and led to believe the my computer company had intitiated the contact. Spent over an hour on the phone and they got access to my computer and told me I would get 5 years of service for $130. They were to work with me 4 times a month to keep it in top working order. After the charge went through there has been no contact and nothing done. I should have been suspicious because of the Indian accents. I am going to contact my credit card company with a complaint.
