[Resolved] LG Refrigerator — no customer care

from last six months i am calling customer care department and now the people over there put me on hold after hearing my details and never call back. The vegetable tray of my fridge was broken and they are not giving me another one as they say that we do not provide any parts if the product is five years old. Now first thing is my fridge is not five years old and second thing is do we have to purchase new product every five years even if it is very costly. I A subramanian residence of 8, Dayanand, Gopal Nagar, Rd.No.1, Dombivili East have earlier complained about the problem in Refrigirator sold to me by Sonal Electronics, Dombivili near Station on June 5th, 2011. We have been receiving only calls asking for the problem and giving solutions only over phone. Some of your person approached and took xerox coipes of Bill & ID Proofs etc., two weeks back. He also gave an assurance that we will either get new peace or the refund in 5 days. Now even after 2 weeks passed, no response from your side. I want to put it on record that i will be forced to go to consumer cort if i do not get response in 2 days time from now.
