from last six months i am calling customer care department and now the people over there put me on hold after hearing my details and never call back. The vegetable tray of my fridge was broken and they are not giving me another one as they say that we do not provide any parts if the product is five years old. Now first thing is my fridge is not five years old and second thing is do we have to purchase new product every five years even if it is very costly.
