To, The Senior Manager Nokia Customer Care Respected Sir/Madam, As i am using Nokia Cellular Only but do to bad service of your NOKIA SERVICE CENTER at Neemuch (M.P) I am sorry but i have no trust on your product and service center.The way he TAlk to his customer is not good and he does not have the good staff which are not experience.I have given my phone to for replacement of ON/OFF switch and i have paid Rs.562/- to him but switch is ok but after that i facing a problem of restarting of phone automatically.and when i have told him the problem he started blameing on me .[protected]/2 Wranty Ref. no. MY MOBILE NO[protected] HAS BEEN STOPPED FOR INCOMING &OUTGOING CALL INSPITE OF SUBMITTING ALL VALID DOCUMENTS.MY CALLS HAS BEEN STOPPED. Hello sir i am user of airtel mobile office in Gujarat and using Nokia 3110c handset.Everything is ok but when use internet in my pc then after few second or min connection break.
Then i reconnect. Actully I can't understand where is the main problem.Please help me...

I am purchased a Nokia 3110c phone 2 months ago.While purchase the phone I get a scratch card.A gold coin inside this card.But I am not get any gold coin now.Pls understand my problem and sujjest me how can I get my coin.
