[Resolved]  Nokia 3600 Slide — FOR BAD SERVICE

Respected Sir,

I bought my my Nokai mobile set NOKIA 3600 SLIDE from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Opposite Moinia Islamia govt Sr. Sec school, Station Road, Ajmer (Raj) dated on 8 Nov 2008. In august 2009 in warranty perioa my mobile battery back up is became very low. So I went NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Opposite Moinia Islamia govt Sr. Sec school, Station Road, Ajmer (Raj) where I bought my mobile. He adviced me to take it NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER (RAJ). I went NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER & told about him my mobile battery back up problem. Then he checked my mobile & told me to save my mobile data for format it. After 2-3 days I went back NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER & handed over it in running condition. He told me to come back in 2-3 days for pick up my mobile. He told me that your mobile is not charging because its charging parts has been damaged, so you pay about 700 to 800 ruppees.
My actual problem is that when I handed over my mobile set in running condition then how can be possible that its charging parts has been damaged.
So I request you to solve my problem, otherwise I had to forced to consumer court for claim.

nokia 3600 — bad service

I had purhased Noki3600 on 16 aug 2008.
i got problem from it on 30 aug 2008.
thereafter i gave it for repair in Nokia care.
AFTER 50 DAYS, i.e. on 20 Oct 2008, i recieved a used handset from company.
these many days care kept saying that componay so not have the hardware to replace.
the handset given too has a problem that
the keypad lights do not glow.
when asked to care they said the phone saves kight in day time.
but the lights do not even glow in dark.
i m fed up of that phone
What should I do?

i have brought a mobile from nokia store (model:3600), i had taken it recently, with this mobile i am facing lot of problems, the battery is not working properly, so i have given it in the customer care., at chikkadapally, hyderabad, but the problem is that they r not responding properly, when ever i call them, they r postponing the date, it has being one month that i am facing this problem, so how do i get back my battery in proper condition..

if this is not sloved immediately i am going to report to press
so kindly do the needfull

I am costumer of Nokia Mobile since 2002. I would like to inform you that
Nokia 3600, *Serial no[protected]*; Mobile was purchase from Khair in
Sept-08. I am facing Voice & Display problem since very first day.

Therefore I have given my handset to nokia care at Aligarh for the same
problem, after ten days nokia care have return my handset saying that we are
unable to understand handset problem SORRY. It can not be solve.

I have again purchase same handset 3600 on Nov3rd 08 'serial No
[protected], again facing same Voice / Display problem.

Will you please let me know what should I do for both Mobile set.

I feel *CUSTOMER* is important.

nokia 3600 — regarding winning price

i have got a message on my mobile that i have won GBP 200, 000.00 in 2009 tell me how should i collect won price.

nokia 3600s — NOKIA worst service

I bought the nokia 3600s mobile from mumbai in november 2008 .
IMEI number[protected].
But after 4 months only.it started giving problems.
I went to nokia care
Job sheet :090305/98 in vashi, mumbai.The number of problems were reported.They were not able to repair my phone.They told me that it is repaired and returned me back my cellphone.
But only after 2 days, i had to go to nokia care again
Job sheet:090307/72.They again tried to resolve the issues.This time they told me that it will be sent to main office...

I got my phone back after some days.

Bur now a few days back, again there was a major problem in my cellphone.I again went to nokia care
Job sheet :090724/2.

This time, they said, its a liquid damage and we will sharge you 330 rs for servicing.If the problem is solved, its ok, otherwise you have to pay other money also.

I called them after 5 hrs, the answer was it is not resolved.and you have to pay a hefty amount of Rs 2250 for changing the whole display.??????

What component they are going to change??

Why the phone is not considered as faulty ...i had to go number of times under warranty period to get my mobile repaired.???

They didn't gave me the clear idea what servicing they have done and what problem they have found??they just asked for Rs 2250...how can i pay such a huge amount even if the mobile is under warranty???
how can the whole display got destroyed within the warranty period??

i am mentally harrased by the nokia care people ...i want the explanation and want my mobile to be replaced?

Nokia/3600 slide — Backup

I want to get the backup details from my mobile No.[protected] as the SIM is lost along with the hand phone Nokia / 3600 slide. So please let me know the procedure for obtaining the backup details.
100% True...
I have also bought a 5030 model and two days after buying I submmit it to nokia care.
Almost 5 times it has been repaired by them...
there is no provision for replacement...

A worst service provider...Nokia is like a local company where if a handset is working its ur luck...and if need repair ...throw it instead of goin to nokia care.
