[Resolved]  Nokia 5130 — VERY BAD QUALITY PRODUCT AND BAD SERVICE

hi...this complaint is to inform you that i purchased nokia handset 5130 which was recently launched, just before 3 months...and now my mobile is switched off...its not working nd unable to charge the battery...when i shown my cell to nokia care in luckow then they have taken time of 15 days for repairing...as u know nobody can survive without a cell phone these days...there is no use to purchase nokia cell bcoz if the customer is facing problem in nokia cell its better to purchase the other brands cell...now there is no difference between nokia nd samsung...its a complaint either you repair my cell phone as soon as possible or u just replace my cell as there is any hardware problem in my cell as told by nokia care people. it was a worst experience i had after purchasing nokia cell...even i would not suggest anybody to purchase nokia handsets...no need to invest much money in nokia...bcoz i hve seen the result...when i need my cell the most as i m going out of station for one and half months then only nokia ditched so there is no benefit to purchase nokia...its quality is now diminishing much and they r even not providing proper service...i request you to kindly consider my complaint and please give me the response as soon as possible...bcoz i m in great need of cell.

nokia 5130c — not providing my free offer & proper services

i am the customer of mobile store lucknow chowk branch. i had purchase my nokia 5130c on 25th of june,
store staff had does not given my free lether pouch yet & when we ask them the reason they don't give attention to it.there service was vernerable a person is standing their for one-one hour to take sfrom them.
i also stand for one hour and half to get my one GB card download.

i agree. poor quality images and headset.If you compare nokia 2600(VGA camera) and nokia 5130(2 mp) the 2600 image is low resolution but very sharper than nokia 5130.(to test use newsparer) .(in 5130)the audio chip is very good but headset is very poor(wh-102).you can use hs-45 headset it give i-pod quality sound.battry problem:The music player work maximum 3-4 hours at full sound on hs-45 headset.18-bit screen and 256k colors.
yes i agree... i bought nokia 7210 supernova... this mobile s very super in bad quality camera n video.. before i used nokia 2600c vga camera..i compared 2600 n 7210...2600(vga) camera quality is better than 7210(2mp)...sound quality is also bad...i belived nokia n i suggested others to buy nokia only but now nokia company cheated me...plz accepted my complaint...

I have been a faithful fan of the NOKIA brand for 15 years...until now. I have had over 10 Nokia phones, I presently use 3 (one for North America, one for Europe, and a back up).

Did they change management, or CEO? Subcontract theuir quality department in China or worst Spain? How could they go from top of the line brand to a Motorola/Samsung substandarts. Battery life ridiculous, compatibility of battery and chargers philosophy (one of my favorite added value) lost, resistance to damage in free fall.SW stability edgy, Graphic User Interface used to me standardized and intuitive, now not so much. My last two phones were a huge disapointment, but I figured that even the best can fail at times, but my latest phone the 5130 is an insult to my intelligence. Our company bought 10, it is unanimous between my colleagues: this product puts the Nokia brand at shame. Are they not aware how much BRANDING and CUSTOMER TRUST AND FIDELITY is important? I never even look at prices when choosing a phone, it used to be Nokia or nada (I distrust Samsung, Sony/eriicson, Motorola - probably the worst-). All that is left is Blackeberry and iPhone (which I heard is amazing).

Sorry Nokia! You snooze you loose. We have had a passionate 15 years relationship, shared good times and bad, but it is time we part. Please don´t call, it will only make it harder.

nokia 5130 — BAD SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

I was using Nokia 5130 Xpress music IMEI No: [protected] for almost a year now but 2 weeks back i had a problem listening to voice from the other end could be a speaker problem, hence took it to the Nokia Care Center ( Mathikere) for repair informed the problem and they gave me the delivery the next day.I was not completely satisfied with the service but when i asked about the same they told me that's the maximum they can do. Some how i was managing the problem for 2-3 days but was thinking to go to them as it was difficult to listen the other end, on the 4th day in the evening after i finished a call my Mobile went off and wasn't getting ON. even tried charging the battery but in vain. I went to the Nokia Care today and they informed me that the mother board is bent and can't be repaired and told me the set has fallen and the bend could be coz of that, I am so very disappointed as i have been using the device for almost a year now and they seem to know the device more than me. I told i has fallen but it was some 3-4 months before and the device worked fine till the repair, and if the problem has to of mother board then they should have told me when i gave the device for repair for the 1st time. I find it totally absurd when i said I'll complain then replied 'do what ever you want, you can change nothing".
I request you to plz look into the matter and do the needful if i am wrong, i don't mind accepting it.....please do some thing about it. i will free b/w 9am to 12:30pm plz revert back with some good response.

nokia 5130c — Waste Service And Wrong Assurement

Got The Nokia Phone 5130c On 2 May 2009 And After 3 Months started Facing The Problem Of Software Defect And many other Problem As Phone Get Hang
Phone Is Provided With Blue Tooth And When Used Software Gets Corrupt....... Asked About This To Nokia service Center They Telling me Not To Use Bluetooth..... I have purchased Only because it Has various features And Now They Telling me not To use........... Nokia The Worst Mobile Phone service........ And Dubba handsets........... I have Asked Them To replacement of phone and they kept telling me next time next time and one year got over and after that telling me out of warranty cant replace the phone .............. is this the service provide by nokia........ surely guys never to buy nokia and any of this products ......... till today i have serviced more than 15 times and have paid more than 3000 bucks on this phone for service its nearly half the cost of phone i purchased

If Lokpal Comes To Law Then Will Surely Put case Of Services Of Nokia And Its Products .........
