[Resolved]  Nokia 5200 — About saving of gprs/wap settings

Respected Sir,
I am not able to save Gprs/mms settings in my nokia 5200 phone.when i try to save the settings it shows that "Only 70 Settings can be Saved, Settings discarded"But i have deleted all the configuration settings from my phone then also i am getting this error.what is the solution for it.plz try to solve my problem as soon as possible.Thankyou

I have purchased Nokia in sep'07back for secondary use. Now I have to use it havily so realizing gravity of issue now. I cannot hear incoming voice/ringtone even when it's volume is set to high.

What shoulld I do?

Nokia 5200 — unhappy with the service

I PURCHASED MY NOKIA 5200 A YEAR AGO AND I WAS UNHAPPY THEREAFTER EVEN BEING THEIR WARRANTY CUSTOMER THEY ARE FREQUENTLY MAKING ME GO TO THEIR NOKIA CARE CENTER I HAVE A PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE THAT I COULD NOT HERE ANY INCOMING VOICE WHILE CALLING I VISITED NOKIA CARE FOR ATLEAST 12 TIMES IN THIS 3 MONTHS THEY DID SENT MY MOBILE PHONE TO THERE H.O'S FOR SEVERAL TIMES RESULTING NOTHING THOUGH I AM FED UP OF THERE SERVICE PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL FOR THE SAME MY MOB. Nokia 5200 — std no if in coming call

Sir, I am Dr Mrigendra Kumar Singh Rajput my phone no is [protected], district U.S. Nagar, Uttarakhnad, the incoming phone from Reliance (from India) appears with +93…. that is Afghanistan code when I call back it connect to Afghanistan, I did complaint to costumer care but he told me to compliant in written. It is therefore requested please do the necessary action for this correction

Nokia 5200 — Service not provided although in warranty

With due respect I would like to state that I Parag Sarkar a customer of NOKIA have submitted my Mobile Phone Nokia 5200to Am mobile telecom service Pvt Ltd for servicing of my said set
(job sheet no 624/57) for repairing of my Radio and Network problems on 24th June 2008, hence I was called for delivery of the said mobile phone today i.e 16th July 2008, where I found the mobile set demonstrated the same problems as earlier.There fore I request to look in to this matter at the earliest
possible time.

Nokia 5200 — pathetic customer service

yesterday i have recharged for gprs service by 303 at 6 o clock to use internet in my personal computer but i had not got service upto next day on calling to custumer care they replied you have to send msg ALL to 55100 inspite of sending msg i didn't receive any settings i process same 5 times on instruction of custumer care result was zero. i called more than 15 times to custumer care to solve my problem every body gave different solution as follows
1 your phone has some problems.
2 your recharge is not available till now
3 you are passing our time
4 ask to retailer we dont know
5 please write manual settings three times i got manual settings differently
5 the names are as follow yogesh, swapnil...etc
6 first time ever i receive such a pathetic conditions

what can i do? i have same problem. i cant save configuration its showing only 70 settings allowed pls reply on my email add.

Nokia 5200 — subscription of Music49 without any permission

On may 2009 there is one message came from idea that your Music49 subscription has been activated, but i know that i didn't subscribe it yet i thought that it might be my mistake of pressing some button to subscribe this service.But now on 25 june 2009 again this subscription has been activated without my any permission even thoug i called customer care one or two days earlier to unsubscribe my this Music49 service and they said okay, but now when i called customer care about this activation than they said there is call from idea around 4 pm of 25 june 2009 on which they activate this service on my mobile again, than i checked my call register and there is no call from idea at that time, yet they said this type of call was not recorded in call register but i know all that previous calls from idea no.are there in my call register and there is no such call but the customer care not satisfied with me and said this service was activated by you only and unneccesarily my balance reduced two times by approx 100rs and i am very disappoint with idea's such service.Beside all these things i again request from customer care to unsubscribe my this service and even all call from idea, lets see what happened now... I want my money back from idea...as this was idea's mistake not mine...

Nokia 5200 — Hardware tempering

I gave my Nokia 5200 to Borivali Care Centre, on 28/29 Dec 08, for software update, instead they changed my display, on complaining about it, my display was restored, and software updated(Rs250)but very soon, I found Outgoing audio and the Wires joining two sliders(Strip)damaged and got my strip repaired (Rs 650)but not mike as I had headphones as alternative, recently headphones have stopped being detected by the phone rendering it impaired to outgoing audio, that i went back to nokia care to change mike, mike was changed on 19th but next day again it stopped working, again I gave my phone back to Nokia Care, I recieved it yesterday on 23rd june, but today again mike stopped working, while changing my sim card to other phone, I felt something unusual in my Battery compartment, When i checked the IMEI number on Battery compartment with that shown on software(*#06#) both were different, obviously my hardware have been tampered with, now ur care guys refuse to acknowledge their mistake, on calling ur call centre, i found them very helpless to provide me any solution to this mess, WE IN INDIA BUY NOKIA PHONES AT HEFTY PRICE ONLY WITH AN IMPRESSION THAT OTHER COMPANIES DONT GIVE AFTER SALES LIKE NOKIA, If this is what we get as After sales support then why buy NOKIA Phone??If in the name of After sales u r cheating customers in hardware!!!Now tell me how can I get my original phone back? and how would you compensate for all the unnecessary exps that i had to make for some IMPOSED repairs that i had to go thru?My details are below, I need reply in a week(7 Days) time or as sooner as u can, else I shall consider WEB based complaint Support equally useless as ur stores and callcentre,
1.Why is my IMEI number different?
2.Why was my hardware tampered when I gave my phone for Software update?
3.How will I get back my original Phone?OR will I ever get it back?
