[Resolved] Nokia 6085 — verry bad service and harriese to costamor | |
Dear Sir, i gave my nokia 6085 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care in hyderabad amerpet branch. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me. its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are... 1. network problem 2. sound of speakers deteroid. 3. vibrator not working. 4. blank lcd. Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting). i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them. i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that. muralikrishna Was this information helpful? | |

I have brought a handset NOKIA 6085 inthe month of 3-feb-2007. After using for 9/10 months I found that my handset was hanging frequently then on one day its keypad was not working, then on 22-jan 2007 I visited their service center at "anand international " kolkata & Itwas taken for repairs job sheet no. is 0122/16 . But till date I did'nt got any result . THIS IS MY 3RD. COMPLAIN

Nokia 6085 — camera not working
Two times I have submitted my Mobile Handset for repairing, but the set is returned unrepaired after one week by Nokiacare, Trivandrum. Last timethey informed daily that they are waiting for the spare component .Lastly after one week they returned unrepaired .IMEI:353228/01/275181/4 . Nokia 6085 — not good service
I give my mobile nokia 6085 to change dummy and to repaire camara at NOKIA CARE 109,M.G. Road,Bolia Towar shaop no. 7-8,Near shree krishna talkies Indore and he took Rs.1800 from me.after 15 days the dummy become damage and I went to above mentioned nokia care and he told to me to repaire this after 10 days and he had took mobile.when after 10 days we went to nokia care, his representatives told me their parts are not available yet and give me my mobile return and told me come back after 15 days again.when after 15 days we went again twice.his reprasentatives told my mobile's is not available and sent me return back and asked me come back after 10 days and produre is continued for 7-8 times till today.yesterday his representatives deny to repaire this.Please judge about this.
